Podere Giardino is a large and private rural retreat located on a hill near Loro Ciuffenna, with an open view that extends over the Valdarno Valley. Designed to accommodate up to eighteen people, the villa includes eight bedrooms (in the full version), as well as several living areas and kitchens distributed between the main villa and two annexes. Original ceilings with exposed wooden beams and stone walls help to create a warm and traditional atmosphere, perfectly in line with the rustic Tuscan decor. Equipped for relaxation and sport, the property offers numerous leisure opportunities: a 20-meter pool, a smaller children's pool with hydromassage, a tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a soccer field, a children's play area and an indoor gym. Outdoor dining spaces and a large covered barbecue area are perfect for sharing convivial moments. The location is panoramic and well connected, with Chianti, Florence and Arezzo easily accessible.

The property consists of a main building and two annexes. MAIN BUILDING - GROUND FLOOR - Large open space living area with dining room, living room, fireplace and access to the outdoor porch; double kitchen; two double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite. FIRST FLOOR — Living room with pool view; kitchen with fireplace and access to the terrace; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom; a bathroom with jacuzzi. BASEMENT — Gym; laundry. ANNEX 1 - GROUND FLOOR — Open Space with double bedroom, kitchenette; bathroom with shower. ANNEX 2 - APARTMENT 1 - GROUND FLOOR — Living room with fireplace; kitchenette; double bedroom; bathroom with shower. APARTMENT 2 - GROUND FLOOR — Living room with fireplace; kitchenette with dining area. FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom and two additional single beds; bathroom with shower. Park:
The fenced garden covers two hectares of hilly land on two levels. The lower terrace houses the pool area, accessible via two flights of stairs. The landscape is well-kept and includes meadows, olive trees and flowering shrubs. Among the available facilities are a tennis court, a soccer court, a beach volleyball court, a ping pong table, a padel court, two pergolas with dining areas, a large built-in oven, a barbecue and Carrara marble worktops. Each unit has a dedicated garden area. The covered parking area is located 700 meters from the entrance gate and a few meters from the buildings. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The rectangular pool is located on the lower terrace and can be reached via a 30-meter path. It measures 20 x 8 meters, with a depth varying from 1.10 to 2.5 meters; covered in PVC with internal lighting; chlorine purification; submerged ladder; counter-current swimming and manually operated geysers; heated by solar panels. The solarium, paved with travertine and wood, is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas and a shaded gazebo. Nearby there is a second circular pool for children, covered in mosaic, with shallow water and hydromassage and a shower with hot and cold water. The entire area is fenced. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Tennis Court:
The private and fenced tennis court, covered in synthetic grass and equipped with lighting, covers an area of about 400 sqm. It is located approximately 60 m from the house, adjacent to the parking area and pool. Four rackets are available. The padel court, available to guests, features a synthetic surface and is equipped with lighting. It is located next to the tennis court and can be reached either from the parking area or via the path leading to the tennis court, continuing for just a few meters. Rackets and balls are available.
