« What a magical property. The house is a perfect mix of modern and antique. It is luxurious, but not the type of delicate luxury where you are constantly worrying you’ll break something! The space is very well designed and we were able to completely unwind. The medieval hill town of Monteleone d’Orvieto has tons of charm and incredible views as well. We will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family, and hope to return. »

« A wonderful house in a beautiful setting, an apartment well and beautifully equipped with enough space for 4/5 people. The swimming pool is super, for fun or for swimming the laps you want. Rainer is always available for helping out or giving some useful information. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Umbria! »

« Very clean and inviting accommodation, great location, fantastic views, free parking was an advantage, the host, Simona, was friendly and very easy to deal with. We could not have asked for more that was was available in the apartment. »

« This property was as advertised. My only suggestions would be to actually meet us at the site and check us in versus walking over to the office, especially for first timers to Orvieto, who are not familiar with the streets and also to consider offering options we could hire to get a ride/taxi to the property. After arriving directly from the U.S., the walk was not 8 minutes. We had luggage and it was up hill almost the entire way and on cobblestone. That said, the unit worked well for us. »
