« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Hôtel sympa car présence du casino mais chambre vieillissante, propreté moyenne, service de chambre sur demande uniquement... Et lors de notre séjour, 3 jours avec un fin filet d'eau. Pratique pour la douche... Côté restauration, évitez les resto de l'hôtel aux tarifs prohibitifs et au service quelconque (le Gorson Ramsay n'a de GR que... les tarifs. Pour le reste...) Bref, si vous êtes joueur, l'économie réalisée sur la chambre vous permettra de flamber un peu plus :-) »

« The staff was great!!!! I had a little issue with check out dates and they were able to get it worked out without an issue. The room was wonderful, bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The breakfast at restaurant was amazing along with the server. There is no doubt I will stay there again. Thank you so much!! »

« Very convenient to walk downtown. Rooms were large and very clean. The breakfast changed daily, not the same every day. Located on the same street as Roaring Fork, beautiful drive 🚗. Would stay again ! Only thing we did not like in the room was the lack of storage, dressers to put clothes away. They had these 3 tiny shelfs that looked like they belonged in a kitchen to hold dish pans. The room had plenty of space for multiple dressers or proper storage. »

« The breakfast could have had more fruit and yogurt options. The room was very clean. A veggie/fruit/cheese was in our room for our 10-year anniversary. Excellent touch! All the staff were very friendly. No issues with the valet service. Overall, excellent stay. »
