The building itself is ideally located on the corner of the enchanting and charming cobbled Sergeant's Lane and only a short stroll to award-winning beaches, shops, pubs, and restaurants. This luxury apartment has everything to offer for your holiday in the heart of Pembrokeshire.

Accessed via stairs only, this top floor apartment has a modern and contemporary feel and offers comfort and privacy for guests. You can relax in a quiet and peaceful space but have all the hustle and bustle that Tenby has to offer on your doorstep. Enjoy the glorious harbour and sea views – idyllic for watching the sun rise and boats sailing in and out of the harbour - and relax on the roof terrace as the sun goes down.

This master bedroom suite has the unique feature of the adjoining rooftop terrace, – a perfect retreat to relax and unwind!

Enter the apartment through the building’s main front communal door, up three flights of stairs and then a door leading into the apartment’s light and airy entrance hallway. The apartment is split on two levels, with one bedroom, an en-suite and the living accommodation on the lower floor and the spectacular master bedroom suite on the top floor.

Master Bedroom: This fantastic upper floor bedroom suite is where this luxurious apartment really offers you that 'wow' factor! Comprising of a super king size bed, a comfortable chair, decorative walk-in mirrored wardrobe with hanging rail, drawers and storage space and doors that open out on to the fabulous roof terrace, with seating and those breath-taking panoramic sea and harbour views.

En-Suite: Large and luxurious free-standing bath, toilet and double wash hand basin.

The apartment benefits from central heating throughout and Wi-Fi connection.

This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility due to the stairs and no lift access.

Parking is at one of the nearby pay and display car parks within easy walking distance, including the multi-storey car park, the Sea Front car park and North Beach car park. Please note that there is restricted vehicular access during Tenby's pedestrianisation scheme during the summer months
