« Hôtel à l américaine, sans âme. Positif: le restaurant est vraiment excellent, mérite 5 étoiles et le service est impeccable ! Chambre et sdb assez petites, difficile d’ouvrir sa valise sans devoir la poser sur le lit, peu de rangement, hôtel pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Alentours pas super. »

The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls. »

The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs — their service was excellent.

Man the gate - he was every helpful and mad sure that I got too and from the golden temple safely in the early hours of the morning . Nothing is too much for the personnel at the hotel »
