« Hôtel à l américaine, sans âme. Positif: le restaurant est vraiment excellent, mérite 5 étoiles et le service est impeccable ! Chambre et sdb assez petites, difficile d’ouvrir sa valise sans devoir la poser sur le lit, peu de rangement, hôtel pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Alentours pas super. »

« Bel hôtel avec de jolies chambres. La nôtre était belle et confortable mais très petite. Nous avons été refroidis dès notre arrivée, le chien de l’hotel est monté sur le lit et a fait pipi dessus. Cela a été très difficile pour le personnel de gérer la situation (ils n’arrivaient pas à faire sortir le chien, les draps ont été changés mais pas le matelas...) : moment désagréable et pénible. »

« One of the best hotels to stay when you’re visiting Amritsar and specially Golden Temple. It’s just few seconds away from golden temple. And is always lit up. Very positive vibes. Staff of hotel is very accommodating and food from their restaurant is priced very reasonably low. And taste of their in-house food is good too. This would be my all time favourite hotel stay whenever I am in Amritsar. »

« Book only for location. Hotel charged my senior citizen parents extra money for the front room which was not shown while booking. AC didn't work and neither did the wi-fi. we have booked this hotel about 6-7 times in the last 1 month for multiple trips by family, would switch to a different chain now considering the staff behaviour towards regular customers. »

« Do not believe what staff tell you? No restaurant, breakfast option was room service only. No hot water and was told by staff how to operate tap although staff could also not get hot water! Taxi driver was told that the taxi had been cancelled, luckily i arrived in the lobby as the taxi driver was leaving! »

« Excellent Hotel, I would suggest that the order menu for the room service, since no restaurant on site after breakfast, would have more classic Indian food rather that snack food or Junk food. »
