Welcome to Blue Mesa Lodge 23c, an AvantStay home!

This Mountain Village core hotel room is perfect for couples! The spacious ski-in/ski-out studio has a kitchenette, balcony, and great access to everything Mountain Village has to offer.

This Blue Mesa Lodge unit is located on the second floor and has elevator access. Upon entering the unit, guests pass a bathroom on the left before entering the main living space. This studio has one main living room that includes a large king bed, flatscreen TV with a DVD player, a small two-seat bistro set, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, two-burner stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, and starter coffee. There is no oven.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The Blue Mesa Lodge is located in the heart of the Mountain Village core with ski-in, ski-out access. There is a ski locker available for guests.

*Home Truths:*
- There is no A/C at this property.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy (2) must be adhered to at all times.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The complex offers a common laundry room (located on the third floor) and ski lockers for each unit.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

Parking Details:
- Paid parking is available at the Heritage Parking Garage ($30 per night, $60 for extended vehicles, $48 daily max) and the Gondola Parking Garage (max $50 per day), both located on Mountain Village Boulevard.
- There is no street parking.

A pack n' play travel crib, and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

This property is very over priced and under serviced by AVANT! The customer service rep. are very argumentative any time they are contacted. They send wrong codes to the facility service area, you are not welcome at the property by any service rep. The service reps act as if you are bothering the rep if you ask question. The facility is out dated. Best way to say it is "0".. Avant needs to consider more customer service orientation before servicing customers.

Great stay for two years in a row

I stayed here last year and loved it so much that I stayed here a second time this year. The room itself is cozy, spacious, and nicely decorated with lots of nice touches. I love the bedding and pillows, and the kitchen has everything I need, including a can opener and corkscrew. The generously sized ski locker is super helpful, too. Even though I don't have to interact with anyone to check-in, I felt well taken care of because the host communicated via text message and made it clear that I could reach out if needed. I think I'll be back again next year!

Perfect and ideal location

This location couldn't have been more perfect. Just outside the building doors, you are only about 20 steps away from the snow where you can put on skis and then ski only about a 100 yards to the main lift. There are various restaurant options just outside the condo building which is very convenient. The condo is only a short 2-3 minute walk down a paved path to the Gondola area of Mountain Village with more shops and restaurants, along with the Gondola which can take you directly down the mountain to the town of Telluride. The other gondola can take you to a grocery store in Mountain Village. The Gondola access down into town was much easier than I expected which made it not even feel like I was up on the mountain, apart from town. It was actually nice to be up on the mountain and have that separation instead of being in town, but be able to hop on the Gondola into town anytime I wanted. The condo itself is very well maintained, very clean, and supplied with anything someone may need. I stayed for 8 nights and it had everything I needed. The kitchenette area is well stocked with items that someone may need for basic cooking. The condo is supplied with extra blankets, a humidifier, great lighting throughout the condo, extra soaps, and a great tv setup. I loved that the condo is located on the corner of the building, with great window views. If you have the shades open, the beautiful sunlight comes in the windows in the morning, once the sun comes over the mountain. The view is looking out to a cul-de-sac round about which is the entrance to various condo and hotel buildings. There were very few vehicles that came around the drive but it was nice to be able to see out and see some activity. The condo is very quiet and I didn't hear much outside noise at all. The ski room on the first floor is very convenient to store your boots and skis, along with a sturdy bench to sit on while you put on your boots. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for 2 -- the studio has everything you need for a ski in/ski out vacation. Comfortable bed, smart TV, full refrigerator and coffee pot, and a locker to store skis. We will be back!

The location of the unit is ideal. It is small, like a hotel room with the amenity of a galley kitchen. There are plenty of places near by to eat and of course the various free gondola's to take you up or down the mountain, or to the grocery store. Seating is sparse, exactly what is pictured in the listing. This is not an ideal unit if you want to hang in your room for a long time. The bed is comfortable.

Fantastic and relaxing

Perfect location near the gondolas. It was easy to park and take the gondola down. The room is so near the drop off that you can unload your luggage on to the balcony. The room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Windows were easy to open for some cool night time air. Room has a box fan for noise. All Covid precautions were followed very well. If I had anything negative to say it would be the shower pressure and TV remote seems like it’s been dropped a few times. We will look to stay here again on our next visit.

Very affordable! A nearly perfect location, close to the gondolas, Lifts 1 & 4, and the Mountain Village shopping area. Good ground-level locker room for dressing and storing ski equipment. The photos are accurate, and the unit is very attractive.
