Nous avions réservé 3 chambres. L’accueil tardif était agréable. La chambre est de bonne taille. Les consignes demandées au sujet du choix du lit n’ont pas été respectées pour une chambre. La salle de bain « à l’italienne «  n’a pas de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes. Impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder le reste de la pièce. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec un grand choix.

Le service lors du check-in était laborieux, je suis tombé sur un réceptionniste un peu "speed", je n'étais à l'aise, ensuite, il avait omis de me facturer la TVA, alors je suis assujetti, il me l'a rajouter ensuite, ensuite j'ai demandé le petit déjeuner, il me voulais pas car j'avais pris la formule sans petit-déjeuner au départ. il a fallu que je règle tout de suite, je ne pouvais pas régler tout à la fin comme c'est le cas dans les hôtels de la région. J'ai demandé un autre petit-déjeuner le jour du départ, mais le prix était différent de celui du samedi. j'étais logé au 14 étage, la chambre était spacieuse, confortable, mais dans le couloir de l'étage au fond, on peut accéder à la sortie d'urgence de secours, c'est un escalier extérieur, certains barreaux sont dé-soudés, imaginez si un enfant joue, il peut tomber. Je n'ai pas pris de photos, mais je vous assure que c'est la vérité. l'établissement est un peu vieillot à mon gôut, besoin de faire une restauration.

Accueil / staff parfois très froid et pas très avenant mais l'hôtel en lui même est correct, chambres fonctionnelles et super piscine sur le toit. Accès facile au centre d'Israël en bus (20/30 min).

Mon séjour en dehors de l'hébergement s'est très bien déroulé. De l'extérieur l'hôtel les peintures sont très fatiguées. À l'intérieur en dehors du petit hall les peintures sont très defrechies. Nous avions une suite pour 3 personnes payantes et nous avons eu chaque jour des serviettes ou des lits faits que pour 2 personnes. Il a fallu redemander tous les soirs les aménagements pour 3. La porte d'issue de secours était bloquée ouverte tous les jours avec une lourde poubelle pleine de gobelets usagés. Le prix est donc très élevé pour ce type de produit à déconseiller tant que la rénovation totale ne sera pas faite.

J ai pris une suite pour une nuit pour trois personnes. L hotel n avait pas prevu de troisieme lit. In a du batailler pour avoir quelques draps et coussins.par contre ils ont voulu nous facturer la personne supplementaire ! La moquette est pleine de taches, le canape avait des trous de cigarettes et le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Tres mauvaise experience.

Très belle chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable . L'hotel est neuf et très garéable, le déjeuner varié et copieux, jolie piscine, importante salle de fitness. L'hotel se situe dans un quartier un peu éloigné du centre ville à 10 minutes des bus qui passent juste en bas.

Booked the suite and it was as promised large enough to fit a family of four with comfort.The room was clean but not as well maintained as needed. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Some of the staff in the breakfast area weren't very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good but didn't change during our 5 day stay. Overall good value for money

Conveniently located and friendly staff.
Staffs were very friendly. I had red eye flight and got there early, they kindly find a place for me to be prepared for the early morning meeting. Breakfast was very nice. I am not big fan of western or middle east food, but the foods was great. Facilities wise, I can not say it is great but good enough for business trip and clean due to the floor without rug. One thing I could not experience is swimming pool, the operation hour is somewhat limited (form 10 am to 6 pm). All in all, it was a good stay for me.

This hotel is located in a more local area not busy tourist section. There is a lovely bakery across the street. They left us cookies and waters in the room at check in. They were very friendly.

A nightmare of a vacation
Terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel as a couple with a two-year-old baby. At midnight a party started in the room next to us which included loud music, drugs and alcohol and lasted for several hours. As a result, we were unable to sleep all night, and it was useless to try to put the baby to sleep. The hotel staff treated the problem with indifference and claimed that the police and not they should handle it. I want my money back and compensation from the hotel.
