TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX
Hotel récent, la literie est excellente. Petit déjeuner complet, salle spacieuse, choix correct. La connexion WIFI était limite, car nous étions à l'extrémité de l'hôtel, mais nickel au lobby. L'implantation de l'hôtel à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute est un plus. La ville de TEHACHAPI est directement liée aux chemins de fer, un petit musée est à visiter (il était fermé le jour de notre passage ...). Pour le repas, TK PIZZA, situé dans le centre, est à recommander, choix varié, ambiance typiquement américaine avec retransmission d'épreuves sportives (il y avant très peu de touristes).

Excellent hôtel
Excellent hôtel, neuf, propre et au goût du jour. Chambre très confortable. Déjeuner assez varié. Présence d'ordinateurs au lobby pour pouvoir transférer photos de voyage sur clé USB et imprimer des itinéraires et des billets. Le seul point négatif pour certains voyageurs est qu'il y a peu de services autour.

Nice stay - séjour agreable
Chambre conforme à notre attente : 2 lits doubles et un canapé lit. Draps fournis pour le canapé lit douteux. Propres mais pas repassés ou déjà utilisés? Wifi inexistant même dans les parties communes alors qu' annoncé. D'après le personnel cela venait de nos équipements. Difficile à croire quand ils ont fonctionné de partout de manière impeccable (8 hotels différents aux Usa).

When we went down to breskfast between 7:30 and 8:00, there were 2 staff members there for breakfast. One was very loud and used obscenities in every sentence. It wasnt a pleasant experience and i wished we had taken our food to our room. Also, there was no toaster. Other than that, we were tired and the room was very comfortable.

Excellent wholesome free breakfast with good strong coffee. Room was very nice and clean. Close to town to restaurants and shops. Staff were wonderful!

Loved the view of the mountains and really convenient right off the express way. A couple things around the room could have been cleaned after past guests a little better, but over all a really nice room.

Was better once
We have stayed here for the past 8-years and this visit has gone down hill No accommodations for vehicles pulling a trailer had to park offsite. Grease in carpet in the hallway and in the room. Lights and outlets not functioning in the room.

the clerk that checked us in was not personable or friendly. The room was dark, very poor lighting. The bed was raised, too high to be easy to climb in and out. The heater made a terrible noise and it was difficult to sleep through it. It snowed during the night and the sidewalk was not cleared, it was frozen with ice/snow and very slippery. The parking lot was frozen as well and our handicapped space was not accessible on the driver side or the rear hatch. I took my shoes off and walked in my socks to the driver door to avoid a fall on the ice.

Everyone was so friendly during our check-in! Sierra was especially helpful and nice! When our heater quit working, she Immediately found us another room close-by with a perfect heater! Sierra was extra-special, and we look forward to staying there again. The Denneys, Subway and Starbucks were all within walking distance. Great hotel!!

My wife and I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years, traveling to visit relatives in California. In the past, we have had good experiences, but not this trip. When we pulled in to register, the trash cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. When we got up to the room, we the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and whoever did the sealing job on the tub did an amateurish job. This was the first time we stayed in a room on the front side of the hotel and the noise from the freeway was very loud. In addition, at least 4 or 5 trains went by during the night which woke both my wife and I. When we tried to watch a movie before trying to sleep the cable service disconnected and did not reconnect. Overall a disappointing experience and we will NOT stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff
We checked in fast and efficient. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. The microwave was a bit dirty and there was trash in one of the trashcans when we got to our room. I would definitely stay again

Rooms are clean but we had to ask for a shower curtain! Walls were thin and we heard people walking overhead. Overall facility is a bit tired. Breakfast just adequate. Personnel were okay.

I felt this location was alittle run down. Very unacceptable as far as parking an RV. Had to park 1/2 mile away and I’m handicapped as is my husband.
