A great hotel overall (food, staff, room) however we would have expected to find a hand held showerhead (knowing the room had been recently renovated) and a more convenient central heating system (which we had to turn off manually after we noticed our room got up to 90f (32C) eventhough the thermostat was set at 72F (22C).

Le séjour est agréable sauf que pour le prix payé pour une nuit je trouve assez cher. au moins devrait offrir un petit déjeuner . Par contre ils ont ouvert un stutbucks à l’intérieur de l’hôtel 😉

Hôtel parfait pour escapade à NYC
Parfait pour rejoindre NYC en bus, sans le tracas de notre voiture. Chambre hyper confortable, tranquille, rien à redire! Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour!

HOTEL CORRECT
Ce qui est regrettable c est que pour le standing de cet hôtel et pour le prix de la nuit , il reste quand même cher sachant que nous n 'avons ni le petit déjeuner inclus ni le wifi dans les chambres. Par contre le personnel est très agréable et disponible

excellent hotel, expensive WiFi
Needed a place for one night near NYC - this is fine: easy access, close to the George Washington Bridge, nice hotel, lots of free parking. But when will Marriott realize that charging (US$12 !!) for WiFi keeps them off my list of preferred hotels? And the restaurant is very good, worth the price I paid, but I would have chosen less expensive options if they were available.

Un peu déçu. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit king, rendu là-bas, on nous dit que nous allions avoir 2 lits doubles. Le couvre-lit d'un des 2 lits etait sale...

Horrible Horrible Hospitality!!! I stayed Marriot on April 27th with my husband. I arrived around 5pm and there was a female personnel at the front desk who was tall and dark skin and she was extremely rude and condescending. She seemed like a manager and there was a guy colleague next to her. She didn't show any smile on her face and no eye contact the whole time I was checking in. She made me feel I'm such a weirdo that I didn't get what she says quickly. Also she made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidating as I was asking different questions. It basically ruined my entire stay with bitter feeling even though room was wonderful and cozy which is the reason I love to choose Marriot whenever I travel.  I have visited many Marriott locations, and this was by far the worst in terms of hospitality. I find it difficult to comprehend how a 5-star hotel can tolerate such behavior. I will not to return to this location for sure and if Marriott condones this level of hospitality, I will reconsider choosing Marriott for future stays. Hospitality is integral to the hotel business, and guests should not be made to feel horrible, especially considering big money spent. I don't want to give up Marriot just because of this experience. Hope it won't happen again.

Although the hotel and the staff was amazing I had a scary experience since me and my children were staying in a room that had a connecting door, and the guest next door decided that he/she would bang and kick the door at around 10pm which freaked my children out. I calle front desk and they did make changes to our room to a different floor. But it was still a horrible moment & couldn’t get a good night after that scared.

Would have been a great stay had the room not been so cold despite setting the heating to its highest level, and despite having extra blankets. The HVAC really needs some desperately required attention!

Place was clean and very big. I did get lost looking for the elevator but i past it like a dumby but its was good. And the anime con the weekend i went was amazing. Hotel staff where very nice with both the hotel and the helping out the con as well. Also it was very good price for the weekend when i went. Would definitely come back next year if anime con is hosted here.

Room was very spacious, parking was very easy, having a Starbucks onsite was awesome. The walls were a little thin, we could hear our neighbors' various escapades. The bathroom was a little outdated, but everything was clean.
