Personnel au top mais les chambre sont désuètes et certainement nettoyées avec des produits puissant donc odeur très forte sur les 2 Chambres que j’ai eu sur ces 3 nuitées

Thanks for your message! You had our smallest single room booked which is beautiful in its own way and we have in bathroom - vanilla scent which you can easily remove we just finished room upgrade!

bien
joli hôtel, à 15 min à pied du centre. la chambre choisie (balcon baignoire ) est jolie et luxueuse mais le balcon est minuscule , ce qui n'est pas le cas pour les chambres de la plus ancienne partie du bâtiment restaurant cher et pas franchement terrible.

Bon hôtel mais un peu bruyant
bon hôtel par contre situé le long d'une route passante et très bruyante. Il y a toutefois une double fenêtre, mais pour les gens sensibles au bruit comme moi c'est très gênant. Sinon le service / le restaurant ... est très bien.

Un hôtel agréable doté d'un personnel avenant .
L'Hôtel River Side est un lieu agréable,proche de la vieille ville et de tous les endroits à visiter.Le personnel jeune et très courtois est disponible à toutes demandes.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits frais.Malgré une circulation intense au pied de l'hôtel les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées.Un seul petit bémol,les rideaux ne sont pas suffisamment occultants.

NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL, THE ROOM OF THE TOP FLOOR WAS VERY COLD AND NOT CLEAN. THE HEATER WASN'T WORKING. THE RECEPTION STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND KIND BUT THAT WAS ALL. I DIDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, IF YOU CAN CHOICE A CHAIN HOTEL.

... mais ok dans l'ensemble. Le parking autour de l'hôtel était relativement pratique. Le petit déjeuner servi depuis seulement 8h était un peu tard pour nous. Insonorisation par au top. L'ascenseur ne monte par jusqu'au dernier étage. Tout le reste ok sans rien d'exceptionnel.

OK hotel in historic building but poor breakfast
The River Side Hotel is a good hotel with a few issues. The location is excellent to access any part of Tbilisi either walking or by Taxi/Bolt. We had three issues which lowered our opinion of this hotel: a) breakfast was very poor - the selection was very limited and most of it was not tasty. Though we have a reservation with breakfast, after the first day, we chose to skip breakfast and take it outside the hotel. b) we had 2 rooms - one was excellent, the 2nd was a bit creepy with it's colors and style c) room service was done very late - we came back at 17:00 on one day and the rooms were not done yet. They did quickly come up to make the rooms when we complained. Overall, it's a fair value for the price paid, but we would have expected more for a 4* hotel with such high ratings on hotels.com (especially in regards to breakfast).

Dear Michael, thanks for your review. Honestly you are the first guest who complained about our breakfast as it is very delicious and options are vast based on price. Starting from premium coffees and champagne to butter croissants and lots of options. Why would you call it poor we cannot understand. Regarding room service, it is done between 13:00 to 18:00 period, so we were not late and writing low score ruined our ranking and made our day bad. Best.

A pleasant enough stay. As a hotels.com gold member, I was upgraded to a larger room. The room could be best described as Soviet chic and had a bizarre constant smell of women's perfume, but fortunately the windows opened. Many of the rooms including mine faced onto a busy road, and could get noisy at times. The included breakfast was adequate, but not great. Avoid buying drinks or meals at the restaurant on the top of the hotel unless you are on an expense account as the costs are ridiculously high. The laundry was similarly you expensive. Otherwise, no complaints.

Lovely stay
Hospitality was superb, smiling people and manager greeting guests in the morning, did have a quick chat with him about the hotel. He asked for suggestion about breakfast which was already very good. For the given price range it was much better than I thought, from walnuts and fresh waffles to lava cakes and great cup of coffee and hot omelets, Nice selection of salads as well, I really enjoyed tomatoes in Georgia and tiffany bar was not an exemption.

Having stayed in many decent hotels in Tbilisi riverside seems to be my favorite place. Room was luxurious with peaceful sleep and hot bath. Balcony was large and breakfast delicious with even champagne available.
