We checked and you had reserved standard double room that is 25m² and doesn't include sofa. We are very transparent about all the facilities and amenities we provide, all the information can be found on any booking platformplatforms. Please, kindly be informed that for the room upgrade the guest has to pay amount difference between the room categories (If the room is available on the requested date). You requested cancelation at the check in time and due to our cancelation policy the amount will not be refunded if we don't have an information at least 24 hours earlier from check-out.
