Agréable
Une seule nuit mais un bon souvenir. Une grande chambre, un bon petit dejeuner. Pour 10 GGR (environ 3 euros) en taxi au centre (Freedom square, par exemple). Hôtel calme. Supermarché, métro, possibilité de changer de l'argent, entre autres, tout près.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and I was upgraded to a suite. Great breakfast, although it doesn’t start until 8am which is inconvenient if you are going on a trip. It’s close to the metro and the location is ok. Great air conditioning! One thing is that the wifi is not good. I could barely do an internet search and streaming was out of the question. If they got this sorted the hotel would be perfect.

Ok but expensive for what you get.
Very hard to Find the hotel which is located in a small street behind other buildings. The second day they tore up the floor outside my room so rest of the stay was living in a construction site.

The hotel has forgotten to pick me up at the airport the mattress was either very old or in low quality - very uncomfortable in hotel details (not only on Hotels.com but also in hotel room booklet) there is a sauna mentioned but no one in hotel know anything about it...it wasn't there

The staff were VERY helpful and professional and NICE! The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. Right in the center of town, great location and things to walk to and see. We got a car for part of the trip and parking was smooth and no issues! We'll definitely be back!

Great Staff
The staff of the hotel is really really good. The hotel on the other hand is very difficult to find and in a shady area. The beds are not comfortable. There was dust everywhere. We had requested for a cab from the airport to the hotel and I had told them that there are 4 of us. He charged us 25$ and kept cribbing the whole time that we had 4 bags and he didn't even help us with our bags. He was extremely rude and on our return a normal mini van cost us 30 GEL( about 15$) for a much smoother service!!

Hyvä hotelli sinänsä, mutta kaukana vanhasta kaupungista ja pääkadusta - taksi ei tosin paljon maksa. Satelliittikanavia melko mukavasti: CNN, BBC , ym. sekä minua miellyytävästi Viasat History. Melko suppea aamiainen 8-10; riittävä kuitenkin, jos munakas ja nakit maistuvat.

Gutes Zimmer, toller Service
Wenn man das Hotel per Auto erst mal gefunden hat (derzeit Strassenbauarbeiten um das Hotel herum) und Check-in und Hotelflure hinter sich gelassen hat wird man angenehm ueberrascht: Geraeumiges Zimmer und Bad; Kaffee, Tee, Mineralwasser und Toilettenartikel zur freien Verfuegung. Mitarbeiter im Check-in und Restaurant hilfsbereit, freundlich, kompetent und mit perfekten Englischkenntnissen. Das aeussere Umfeld und der Hotelbau selbst sind eher bescheiden, auch das Wifi bricht zwischendurch mal ab. Aber der Charme des Personals laesst ueber derlei Unzulaenglichkeiten hinwegsehen. Ob die Lage zentral ist, ist Ansichtssache; je nachdem welche Ziele man in der Stadt hat. Auf jeden Fall gibt es in unmittelbarer Naehe eine Metrostation.

Travel very often and this was the hotel with the worst service i have experienced. Breakfast is with spoiled fruits and very dry bread, coffee was not free of chrage the first three days of our stay. Then they changed the policy. The pillows hard as a wood. Despite the rooms being non-smoking, my collegues room smelled as an ash trey. A man came into my room at 3 in the morning, despite me shouting. No apologies at the reception in the morning. Only when my manger took it to their manager level, the apologies started to come. And then my manager received a wine as a compensation ( why would i receive anything i was just sleeping in the room when a stranger entered). The surroundings of the hotel are not nice at all. Inunderstand that my opinion is subjective but i dont recomend this hotel especially for the woman staying alone in the room

Номер большой, есть чайник, фен, нет утюга, мыло строго дозированно, шампунь и кондиционер не предлагаются вообще. Завтрак не вкусный и скудное меню не меняется. Кофе предлагают из термоса. Все чашки очень маленькие. Фрукты нарезаны очень тонко и поданы на очень маленьком блюде - если 3 человека взяли покушать, четвертому не достается. Персонал безразличный, но зато все улыбаются! В гостинице сменили пароль к wifi, а персонал даже не подумал о том, чтобы предупредить гостей. Фитнес зал с тренажерами для местных в том же здании на подвальном этаже, гостям отеля бесплатный вход.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western, Tbilisi. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. I would stay there again.
