Located in Mancaversa, a seaside area adjacent to Gallipoli, in a central location where the beach, services, and entertainment are all within walking distance.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment consists of two bedrooms: one double and one twin with single beds, both air-conditioned. Additionally, there is a single bed in the living room, for a total of 5 sleeping spots. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower cubicle. The dining room with kitchenette and fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a spacious living area with a dining table, chairs, TV, and a relaxation zone with comfortable seating.
The apartment features a private, enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture, perfect for dining outside. It’s also ideal for our four-legged friends. Free internal parking is available.
Mancaversa is the marina of the town of Taviano (Lecce) and has a coastline about 2 km long. It is close to the most famous Salentine beaches, just 6 km from Gallipoli beach, a renowned summer tourist destination. It is around 30 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost tip of the Salento region, where the Ionian Sea meets the Adriatic. The town is also 40 km from Otranto, a beautiful city both historically and culturally, as well as for its beaches and sea.
The marina is mainly characterized by a low cliff, with small beaches nestled along it, washed by the Ionian Sea—clear, transparent, and largely unspoiled, offering marine enthusiasts rich underwater flora and fauna, still waiting to be fully discovered.
Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out services.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated hours, upon customer request and prior agreement, an extra charge is required:

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM, extra charge of €30.00.
For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, extra charge of €50.00.
For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, extra charge of €100.00.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior agreement, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
