casa pulita ed in ottime condizioni

La casa proprio di fronte al mare è mantenuta molto bene dal proprietario. Francesco è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile per mettere a suo agio l' ospite. Un posto da frequentare in qualsiasi periodo dell' anno.

Bella, pulitissima, pratica ed accogliente...c'è tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza senza pensieri

La casa, bella e pratica, è in un posto perfetto! Davanti c'è il mare a pochissimi passi: esci di casa in costume e ti tuffi in un mare dai colori che sembrano dipinti ... c'è solo da ricordarsi di mettere le scarpette da scoglio e la maschera. Dietro la casa già trovi il paese di Mancaversa con tutto ciò che può servire: noi ci siamo preparati delle cene a base di pesce freschissimo e altri prodotti locali che ci siamo gustati sulla veranda di casa davanti al mare guardando le luci dei pescherecci lontani, ascoltando le onde infrangere sugli scogli e osservando miliardi di stelle. I posti da visitare sono tantissimi e tutti raggiungibili in meno di un'ora. Ma senza allontanarsi, a dieci minuti di macchina ci sono spiagge con sabbia bianca e mare cristallino. Punta Pizzo è semplicemente meravigliosa ed il ristorante sulla spiaggia del Lido Pizzo è perfetto per una cena romantica. Infine vogliamo dedicare un apprezzamento speciale a Francesco, proprietario di casa e grande conoscitore del Salento. Persona discreta ma sempre disponibile e presente per qualsiasi nostra richiesta anche fosse un consiglio su dove andare a cenare in qualsiasi posto ci trovassimo o quali spiagge raggiungere a seconda del vento. Quando siamo arrivati ci ha fatto la sua "lezione" di consigli con tanto di mappa del Salento che abbiamo sfruttato per pianificare le nostre giornate in modo perfetto. Unica nota negativa: una gran tristezza nel partire!!!!

Lovely apartment with beautiful views of the sea

Lovely apartment with beautiful views of the sea and coast. It was very clean, well maintained and very well equipped. The owner Francesco was very helpful and friendly and he left us some treats in the fridge for our arrival. Due to the time of year the town was very quiet but there were enough restaurants and shops open. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment or staying again.

agreable sejour et reposant ..j ai adoré la maison est face à la mer .

Nous avons passées un agréable et reposant sejour . De plus la maison est face à la mer..grand atout pouvant déjeuner, dîner et souper en écoutant les vagues de la mer ...et en plus nous avons eu du bon temps . La maison est très bien entretenue..rien à redire . La maison est super bien équipée et la propreté est irréprochable. La maison est complète et nous avons un confort inimaginable. La maison est dans une zone tranquille. A 100 m , IL y a une épicerie, des restaurants et des pizzeria. Vous pouvez faire vos courses à pieds. Points idéale pour visiter Salento. Le propriétaire est un monsieur très sympathique et très soucieux du confort de ses hôtes . L hospitalité et la disponibilité du propriétaire est très appréciable . Un grand merci . A conseiller à 200 %.

Een heerlijke familiehuis aan het strand,

Gedurende de winterdagen tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar hebben we met onze kinderen een fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Francesco Amico in Mancaversa, een klein vakantiedorp onder Gallipoli, aan de binnenkant van de hak van Italie. Het huis bood alle gewenste comfort en is heel erg goed onderhouden. Het feit dat het direct aan de zee ligt maakte dat onze ultieme wens in vervulling ging. En wat een prettige gastheer was daar om ons te verwelkomen en vertrouwen te geven dat we ons nergens zorgen over hoefden te maken.

perfekt zum entspannen!

wir durften ende april in dieses schöne haus einziehen und verbrachten eine wunderbare woche direkt am meer. im haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - direkt um die ecke ist ein kleiner laden für die wichtigsten sachen die man so im alltag benötigt und das restaurant auch direkt um die ecke war so lecker das wir kaum selbst gekocht haben. danke viel mals francessco - wir hatten eine super zeit - deine hilfsbereitschaft und die vielen tipps haben diese tage noch besser gemacht! liebe grüsse aus der schweiz, maya

Toller Ausblick; Vermieter freundlich und zuverlässig

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Wohnung. Für meinen Geschmack ist es zu dieser Jahreszeit in der Wohnung bereits etwas zu feucht-kalt. Aber ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es ein perfektes Appartement für einen Sommer-Strand-Urlaub ist. Die Alarmanlage war nervig, der Ausblick von der Terrasse toll. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Vacanze rilassanti

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre nella slendida località di cui vedete sopra le foto. Le foto stesse non rendono completamente merito alla bellezza del luogo di cui noi siamo rimasti entusiasti. La costa è principalmente formata da scogli intercalata da callette sabbiose, il mare è splendido e limpido ed invita a fare il bagno. inoltre a 5 minuti di macchina c'è una splendida località , Torre di punta pizzo la cui sabbia bianca e il mare limpido dalle mille tonalità dal verde all'azzurro più intenso ricorda il mare dele maldive. Per quanto riguarda la casa, noi abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 6 persone, è stata rinnovata e arredata recentemente e in modo completo ed ha all'interno tutti gli accessori necessari affinchè una famiglia possa vivere comodamente.francesco, il padrone di casa , e la sua Signora sono persone veramente disponibili, cordiali e pronte ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità.La casa è situata fronte mare, per cui c'è la possibilità di mangiare con una vista spettacolare.

Una splendida vacanza!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in settembre presso la casa in questione e ci siamo trovati ottimamente! La villa è curatissima in ogni dettaglio, è proprio davanti al mare senza strade da attraversare e di notte si sente solo il rumore del mare. Utilissima la doccia esterna per togliersi la sabbia prima di entrare in casa, splendida la veranda per mangiare guardando il mare. In due parole: tutto perfetto! Le spiagge più famose di Gallipoli a pochi Km di distanza. I proprietari sono entrambi disponibilissimi e cordialissimi. Consiglierei a tutti questa casa e contiamo di ritornarci appena possibile. Io e mia nipote abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni nel mese di settembre nella casa del sig. Francesco nel paese di Marcaversa. Ci siamo trovate benissimo. L'ospitalità del proprietario molto amichevole con una grande disponibilità. L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, direi che tutto "eccellente". Non mancava niente. La posizione è ottima, direttamente sul mare, zona molto tranquilla, la notte si dorme da dio; e lo consiglio anche a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla in piena stagione. È consigliata una macchina per spostarsi. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.........

Marina di Mancaversa

La casa risulta più spaziosa e confortevole rispetto a quanto si intende dalle Foto, sia per gli interni che per la parte esterna, pulita e confortevole. La scogliera da cui si accede al mare è in prossimità, quindi è possibile poter beneficiare di una bella nuotata ini qualsiasi momento della giornata. L'ingresso al mare non è il più semplice trattandosi di una scogliera, ma proprio per questo lo snorkeling è senz'altro interessante anche per i bambini dai 10 anni in su. La casa è vicino al centro del paese ma locata in una zona tranquilla, trovandosi davanti al mare, quindi in una zona dove il traffico non è consentito. Marina di Mancaversa è una zona ottimale anche per spingersi in tutte le aree del Salento in caso il Meteo, porti qualche giorno di pioggia (come accaduto x noi). L'ospitalità e la disponibilità della famiglia D'amico sono un ulteriore aspetto da apprezzare. Ottimo quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

traumhafte Wohnung bei super lieben Vermietern

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen von unseren Vermietern und bekamen jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge etc.Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Vacanza indimenticabile!

Con la mia famiglia (due adulti e due ragazze) siamo stati ospiti dei sig.ri Amico due settimane. Ci ha colpito subito l'ospitalità veramente spontanea e cordiale. La casa, perfettamente in sintonia con quanto descritto nella presentazione, si trova in una posizione fantastica che ci ha permesso di vivere una vacanza in piena tranquillità e al tempo stesso direttamente in riva al mare. Siamo riusciti a visitare le bellezze del Salento e a goderci una vacanza veramente indimenticabile che resterà nei nostri più bei ricordi! Speriamo di poter ritornare presto.

Bella casetta a 10 m dal mare! consigliabile!

Insieme a mio marito e alle mie due bambine abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana nel Salento alloggiando in questa casa. Comoda, fornitissima, il proprietario è moooolto gentile (lo ringraziamo di cuore), ed è in una posizione che ti permette di raggiungere tutto il Salento poco tempo. Vacanza da sogno

Io è mia moglie abbiamo scelto questa abitazione per le nostre vacanza perché ci avevano colpito le foto e le recensioni...che dire..non siamo stati per niente delusi..anzi abbiamo coronato il nostro sogno di "abitare", se pur per poco tempo, in riva al mare. Ci alzavamo al mattino e non vedavamo l'ora di fare la colazione in terrazzo, godendo di quel meraviglioso panorama che avevamo di fronte. La collocazione dell'abitazione è veramente a pochissimi passi dal mare, e a pochissimi chilometri da spiagge meravigliose e dalla bellissima Gallipoli. I proprietari sono stati squisiti e sempre disponibili a darci suggerimenti e consigli su spiagge da visitare o ristoranti dove mangiare cibi tradizionali della cucina salentina o dell'ottimo pesce. La casa è accogliente,pulita, completa di ogni confort, non manca veramente nulla. Il sig.re Francesco ha pensato perfino al secchiello del ghiaccio e ai calici per poter sorseggiare dell'ottimo vino locale in terrazzo ascoltando il mare con vicino la donna tua vita. Cosa si può volere di più? Da li si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti delle calette meravigliose dove prendere il sole e fare dei bagni in un mare dalla bellezza sconvolgente. Oppure si può prendere la macchina per recarsi nelle spiagge limitrofe una più bella dell'altra. Vacanza perfetta. La consigliamo a tutti. Un saluto e un grazie a Francesco per l'ospitalità.

Very pleasant holiday in Francesco's house

We had a wonderful stay in the house of Francesco. The house matches perfectly with the description from the web site. It is very clean and we found all we need for a pleasant and good holiday. Francesco is a very attentive person, and provided us with very good information about places to visit and restaurants. sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung,ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Francesco und seine Familie waren sehr sympathisch und diskret.Ihre guten Tipps halfen uns bei unseren Ausflügen.Das Meer vor der Haustüre mit nur ein paar Schritten erreichbar.Jeden Abend die schönen Sonnenuntergänge.Einfach nur erholsam. Agosto in "Villetta Amica"

Luogo tranquillo e adatto per una piacevole vacanza nel segno del relax (cosa rara in un agosto salentino strabordante di turisti...), in particolare per chi ha bambini. La casa corrisponde perfettamente per posizione e servizi offerti alla descrizione presente nell'inserzione: struttura a pochi passi dal mare, in ottime condizioni, dotata di tutti i confort, ottimamente igienizzata, nel complesso decisamente al di sopra della media delle strutture ricettive private, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'ospitalità del proprietario si è dimostrata eccellente. Senza alcun dubbio consigliabile.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung entspricht dem Beschrieb. Die Lage ist einmalig, sensationell! Wir danken Francesco für die Geduld wegen der Fehlalarme durch die falsche Bedienung der Alarmanlage unsererseits. Wir kommen wieder. Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: Internetzugang und Abwaschmaschine.
