Family Wedding Wonderful!
We stayed for my daughter 's wedding. It was a lovely condo with great views of the water. Nice kitchen so we could cook and visit together. Everyone enjoyed going to the pool! The only difficulty was front gate staff person not getting people through the gate.

Lovely Condo
We were delighted to stay at Condo 3, residence 3303 because it was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had a nice view of the ocean in the master bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I loved the very soft king mattress that supported my bad back! The shower was large and updated. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! Joyce

Spring Break
We traveled for our son’s Spring Break, scheduled a bit earlier than most. This location was perfect -beautiful area and views, activities and restaurants were very close, our days were spent together quietly and without crowds. The condo was extremely clean and cared for regularly, super comfortable and cozy, had all we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, and many pool and beach extras/toys - exactly as advertised. The check in was smooth and easy - they were ready for us! Staff was friendly and helpful with questions, and they kept the pool and private beach very clean. A bonus - we had sunny, warm days, and both the pool and beach water temp were perfect. There was even a food truck one day! The condo owner was responsive and available for questions, checking in to be sure we were settled. Other visitors were respectful and friendly as well. We highly recommend this rental! Thank you - great week!!

Loved it!
We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed ourselves. The beds were soooo comfy and the shower was AWESOME. The property was beautiful , great pool, sound-proof unit! The only thing I would request that the chairs be replaced on the balconies. 3 out of 4 were torn.is maybe a swiffer to.run over the floors. It’s easy to track stuff in and the broom doesn’t quite cut it.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful place to stay with children. Super communication with property manager. Great recommendations. Apt was clean and well appointed. The beach was great for young ones to play. ONLY suggestion to manager- whatever laundry detergent and dryer sheets used have an unpleasant artificial strong floral scent. Would recommend changing to an unscented hypoallergenic product. Other than that - super place to stay

Amazing view with comforts of home
The view is amazing from both the living room and bedroom. Largo was very responsive and helpful host. The condo is stocked with all kitchen and beach needs including chairs, snorkels and tennis rackets. Perfect for a family 4 and could comfortably accommodate 6 using pull out sofa. Condo was decorated nicely. Pool and beach we close. Can see sunsets from pier on beach (January) which was a plus!

Overall good location and very clean. Easy to get to. The master shower had pressure issues so we let them know early in the stay but didn’t get a response. Also the front door lock was damaged and barely locked. I’m pretty sure they knew about that too b/c they took the time to mention specifically to make sure to pull the door securely and make sure it locked. It needs to be replaced and there isn’t a backup lock such as a deadbolt or latch to put in place either. If these repairs were done I would rate it better

Spring Break in Florida Keys
We spent spring break in the Florida Keys. The condo is very conveniently located in Tavernier, between Key Largo and Islamorada. This was the perfect space for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 teenage kids had their own beds in the second bedroom. We brought a box of Keurig pods which was perfect for coffee each morning. The ocean views were beautiful. The private beach is a short 5 minute walk away and the private swimming pool is just across the parking lot. Overall, this was the perfect place for a perfect week in the Keys!

Simply PERFECT!
This was the best VRBO at which we have stayed! From the location in the keys, to the activities and restaurants in the town of Tavernier, to all that was available within the condo itself...everything was perfect! You will love it! The attention to detail (Keurig pods, an amazing in-suite washer and dryer, snorkeling gear, linens and beach towels) decor, and space within the condo was appreciated by our family of 5, including 3 adult children. Very spacious and comfortable! The property is even more beautiful than in the photos - as it is hard to capture the beauty of the water and landscaping to give it justice! One review mentioned getting to the pool early to get chairs- and that is quite true! But you will find 4 beach chairs in the closet to take to the sparkling pool or enticing beachfront. For activities, check out the Eco Tour based in Tavernier for a FABULOUS time on the water in your choice of kayak or paddle boards. The local fishing charters (in Islamorada) are another great option. Live music at Bayside Grille, a local favorite, makes a great place to watch the sunset. Or, just check out the view from the balcony! We cannot wait to come back.Thanks for having us!

The condo was clean, great location, right in front of the swimming pool. Not a far walk from the marina/small beach area. Loved there was beach chairs to take down to the pool, since people claimed chairs at the crack of dawn! The view is nice. I love they have the area for the wildlife, but wish it was all beach! The grounds could use alot of cleaning, updating. I think underneath could be used for parking and add much more to the property value with upgrades. The marina was tiny, and beach area not favorable for swimming, but very pretty. In their defense, there are very few beaches in the Keys alone and happy to have some. The fire pits were nice touch in evening, but both were out of propane, and couldnt get refilled until morning, so that was a bummer to our plans. It was a great view for NYE fireworks. The owners had live music and a party going on under the bar area, which was fun. The pool bar drinks were very good ( $10.75 each ) Overall, I would recommend for families, but if looking for a nicer upgraded area, Id head little more south to Islamorada, for better shopping. We ate in Key Largo, Snappers in Tavenier, twice at Lor a Leis in Isla ( rented tiki floating boats very cool!) Highlight for the kids was Dolphin Research Center to swim experience, much less commercialized . Water was not clear there, but the staff and interaction was way better than our experience in Cozumel and less expensive! We really enjoyed the perfect weather and loved our stay.

This condo is very beautiful. The views are wonderful and the decor was very fitting. It was exceptionally clean. The beds slept great, kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have beach chairs and towels. The pool area was nice but the beach area was not worth going too but it was nice to walk out on the pier in the evenings. The owners were very friendly and made sure we didn't need anything during our stay. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our week, it was a great relaxing place. It was close to many restaurants.
We enjoyed the stay. Our first 2 days by the pool, we commented on the music and the volume being perfect (we like to be able to talk but hear music in background). 3rd day, music could barely be heard and we were told it could not be turned above 5. I will say that ruined my pool time as it was boring without music. If tenants don't want to hear music, wear ear buds. 5 volume was not loud - check it out.

Perfection
Our stay (family of 3) at this condo was absolutely perfect. The finishings and decor were just right and the linens were high quality. We stayed 5 nights and had many day trips during that time. Coming back to the condo always felt relaxing and inviting. We cooked breakfast there and made lunches. It was nice to make use of the cooler, umbrella, chairs and beach towels. It was very nice to have a washer-dryer to use during out stay. The overall property was perfect. We LOVED the view from our balconies and LOVED to walk to the beach/marina area. My son and husband spent a lot of time fishing on the marinia (live shrimp are best bait) and I loved walking out on the boardwalk/overlook. The beach is inviting and has ample seating. The pool area is nice and accomodating. It is a family area and can be a little loud - this is not a complaint, just setting the tone for what to expect. My son loved seeing cute wild cats and lots of lizards on premise. We appreciated the security as well. We would love to return to this unit, it felt very high end and clean. Loved the location of tavernier, short drive to key largo or islamorada, and was a perfect place to hang our hate. Can't wait to come back!

Great Family Trip
The place was very clean and came with all necessities. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The building was a great location - right across from the pool and the view of the ocean was perfect. The pool area was very nice and large and we never had a problem getting chairs. We would rent here again. We love the Keys and our kids had so much fun.

The condo had everything our family of 5 needed. We cooked most nights in the kitchen and had plenty of room for our teenage kids and all our stuff. We spent everyday relaxing at the beach and playing in the ocean.

While it is not the owners fault....there are very loud large family groups that carry on until very late and very loud.....specially on the weekend. During the week it is a normal great place to stay. Fantastic views and comfortable apartment.

The property/resort was beautiful, but the master TV never worked and the coffee maker was a one cup at a time, so we had to go out and buy one. Oven took forever to heat up to temp. Loved the pool and marina. Staff friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have a lovely Keurig coffee maker and K-Cups in the kitchen, as shown in pictures, for our guests to use. We do understand that our guests are used to the comforts of their own home and we strive to bring these comforts to our 5 star condo. I wish you would have contacted us in regards to the master bedroom TV as we are available 24/7 to help all our guests with any problems that arise. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Love the area and the unit was perfect! Clean and felt right at home. The pool area & pool bar was really nice as well. Very clear and basic instructions and had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

It seems like with one or two additional staff to cover those times, the owners and renters could be better served and improve the bar/food $$$ for the property

This vacation was our 3rd stay on The Keys and our first to Tavernier. We made use of every offering, especially THE WEATHER (OUTSTANDING 29 of the 31 days we were there) Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Centrally located to shops, restaurants fishing spots, boat rentals, walking trails, state parks and charter fishing to name most of what we enjoyed. Comfortable furniture, updated appliances and very attentive facility manager. Largo was THE BEST..... Hope to see you again next year.

I was disappointed that your stay wasn’t as wonderful as all of our other guests. We consider cleanliness a virtue and strive for reviews like the one named “Clean and Comfy” a few weeks prior to your stay. I was personally onsite the day of your check-in and oversaw the cleaning crew as they vacuumed and mopped the floor to my specifications. Outdoor activities such as beach, pool and nature walks inadvertently track sand and dirt back into the condo after it was originally cleaned. As with all VRBO stays the cleaning crew is available to come back during your stay (at an additional charge). The sofa bed is less than 1 year old and we have since upgraded the mattress from the spring version to the more expensive/comfortable gel version.

Clean and Comfy
The condo was very nicely decorated. It was clean! That's very important to me. The location in the complex was very nice. The pool is big and the perfect temperature. Many seats for all. They also have a small bar available at the pool for beverages. The very small beach was nice. Loved sitting in a adirondack chair in the water. It was very refreshing. Nice pier to walk out onto and to sit and hang out. Also plenty of beach lounge chairs. A wonderful deli (Chad's) was nearby that we went to twice. Lots of good food! And many soups to chose from. A nice added touch to our arrival, there was a bottle of Prosecco and a six pack of cold water in the fridge! Also there was an exact amount of coffee pods for my two cup mornings! Made my mornings great!

Very clean and spacious condo. Easy to get in, easy parking.
Balconies are just a touch small and we had problems getting hot water out of the kitchen faucet, but other than that, the location is convenient and the condo is good for day tripping.

Clean and convenient
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, beach towels and kitchen essentials. Nicely decorated and comfortable. It was conveniently located to restaurants, marinas and shopping. If you are looking for a beach this is not the place. They have a small beach area but it wasn't very pleasant. The pool however was great. Do not recommend the cafe on site, the food was ok but the staff was not very friendly. Many great restaurants close by.
