What a great place to stay! Stayed here as there was heaps for our son to do. He swam in the pool, played on the playground and lived his best life. Thanks so much to the lovely staff. They were really kind.

We booked a Cabin for one night. Followed instructions re check in etc. Expedia said 2pm and was told by Reception - no it is 3 pm. We will ring when your Cabin is available - got a call - 'oh sorry, forgot to call you back about half hour ago' - you can check in now !! Then the surprise - We were informed that the bathroom is not in room!!!!. Even though Expedia clearly states "Bathroom" - it does not state that this is a Communal Bathroom and is outside away from your Cabin. Also - WiFi is free not additional as on Expedia. We did not stay as had not anticipated walking out in the dark during the night in the cold etc. Reception staff agreed with us about the booking being misleading and incorrect. Expedia tried very hard to contact the Manager (took a few days!!) l but was unable to get a refund. Be aware before you book!!!!

Excellent stay again - have been multiple times now and all accommodation options have been great. Check in was a little slow this time and again - really need to advise it is 3pm check in as multiple people were trying to check in from 2pm given this is what it advises however is 3pm by the park conditions.

Lovely stay here in the 2 bedroom villa, lots of space for a family. Quiet and relaxing with beach access. Pool area was beautiful and heated too!

Friendly and attentive staff, literally beachside with various access points, modern pool, clean facilities, campers and RVs are close together but that’s the norm these days, super convenient with a dairy across the road and restaurant within 100 metres. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

The pictures when booking gave false presentation. We were in a sleeper van looking for a place to park. We ended up paying for a cottage rather than just a land spot and the cottage had no en suite bathroom. It was listed as a king size bed but it was 2 twin beds pushed together. It stated kitchen but that included a fridge and a toaster only. Nothing more. We were unable to change booking on site due to booking through Expedia.

Not what we expected.
The location is great, anywhere on Papamoa beach is really. However the tv didn’t work, the cleaning service was only collect rubbish and change towels. They really need to do a full service when charging high tariffs per night. Oh and they took one of our pillows omg. I have stayed at some wonderful places, this is one we won’t be staying at again. Cheers.

No AC. No screens. NO WAY!!!
No AC despite web site saying there is AC. No screens on windows so flies in the bedroom. No sink in room. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen area. Not what we expected and WAY overpriced for what was provided. I rate this place a 1 out of 5!

Thought these were glorified camp grounds. I was wrong. They are glorified Glamp Grounds!! Beautiful location, great lodging accommodations, clean, fresh and perfectly situated just above the dunes.

The stay in unit 10 was really good and the veiw and position of the unit is great but there is a major building of new units going on right next door and with the wind made the area sandy and dusty. Once this construction is completed this entire area Wii be a awesome place to stay.

No issues apart from the grill/oven not working properly, so the pizza was hot but not crispy, otherwise can fault the place.

So close to the beautiful beach, Staff are just amazing.I wish I got the ladys name that worked in reception.She was fantastic.And also the there was another lady there when we checked in too, awesome staff.A beautiful place to stay.Very highly recommended.
