Tres bon accueil par le couple responsable. Appartement propre le 1er jour puis quasiment plus de service de nettoyage durant les 7 jours! Personnel deborde , oublie .... Appartement du RDC tres bruyant si l'appartement situe au dessus est occupe. Peu de reseau wifi il faut etre au plus pret de la reception pour esperer une connexion

Thank you for staying with us, and hope you were able to enjoy your stay You did ask for limited services to you apartment, so sorry if our staff did not live up to expectation. Our Wifi is a new system and we have had no other problems with it at all.

We had a great stay here. The room could do with upgrading slightly and the bed wasn’t massively comfortable (though we are spoilt with our own one at home so could be being picky). The room we had was spacious, sunny and warm and in a fantastic location. The temporary property managers, Karen & Terry were awesome and so helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and will happily stay again next time.

Absolutely beautiful property! We could have stayed forever with the gorgeous view of the lake from our window. This was our favorite place to stay in New Zealand.

Located next to the lake, the apartment had everything you might need including a washing machine and dryer. It’s a short walk to the town where there are local restaurants and amenities.

those small bugs are lake flies when you stay again in taupo keep windows and doors closed they are such a pain

Stayed for two nights and were impressed by the accomodation and amenities. Loved having a fully equiped kitchen and laundry facilities! And that they replenished the laundry powder each daily, unlike many other places. The unit was spacious and the fold out bed in the lounge was perfect for what we needed. Great location to the lake and easy walk into town. Only negative if I had to have one was probably the transactional nature of check in and check out. No smile, not warm NZ welcome but that’s better than bad service any day. Would recommend.

Wonderful property so well laid out. Easy parking right next to your door. Huge apartment with comfortable bed. Washer and dryer were really appreciated. Lovely views. Pub next door for a great meal.

Best value stay found on 2 week trip of N Island
This place is a real gem. Way better than an ordinary hotel, but yet we still got all the services of a hotel - amenities replenished daily and the place was kept spotless. We had a huge bedroom with a partial view of the lake (see pic), other rooms would have had better views. Highly recommended.

The owners were super nice and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. You get your own parking space which was very convenient for us. The motel is not too far from the town centre and there is a restaurant right next door on the lake front if you are looking for somewhere to dine

Great staff - nice to deal with. Flexible re late checkout The vacuum cleaner head in Room 5 was broken when we arrived so was tricky vacuuming the room The barbecue tools were dirty so had to pre-wash them before using barbecues Really liked the barbecues and that area though
