« Very suitable for a group of 2-4 people. A short walk to the beach and shops. We were here in Winter and appreciated the heaters which adequately heated the house. Would stay again. »

« It was unfortunate that we had heavy rain and the roof leaked. The whole place was damp and the carpet spelt of wet dog. We arrived to a mouse in the kitchen, and the ants moved in overnight. The managers were thoughtful and responsive, however, the place was really not fit for living. Sorry, wasn’t cheap either. All very disappointing. »

« Great location, an easy walk to the beach and water taxi to the Abel Tasman. The bach was exactly what we needed. »

« If you want a place on the beach this isn't for you. However if you don't mind a few minutes in a car then the peace and quiet, and space, make this a great place to stay (we are a sports team). »

« We live locally and were searching for a quiet getaway that was both kid-friendly and dog-friendly—this cottage was exactly what we needed! The peaceful setting was perfect for our family, and our dogs loved exploring the grounds. The pond was definitely the highlight of our stay—our kids couldn't get enough of it and spent hours playing there. We'll definitely be back! »

« We enjoyed hiking down the trail to Kaiteriteri each day, taking in the gorgeous views and bird calls. If it’s really hot, know that there is not AC and the windows don’t have screens on them to keep bugs out at dusk. At other times of day, we were able to open the windows and let cool air in. We enjoyed the kitchen that enabled us to cook some of our own food. »
