« Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Room was very clean and felt very comfortable. Love the privacy and the feeling of being in nature. Highly recommended staying here. »

« Thank you for a lovely, peaceful stay in your off-grid space, so thoughtfully laid out and welcoming. Kaipara Flats is a special place, and so conveniently near to the humming town of Warkworth, plus to the beautiful Kaipara Hills. Thank you again »

« L'hôtel se trouve pas loin de la SH1 et on entend bien la circulation. Les chambres sont petites, la salle de bain minuscule. Par contre à la disposition des clients il y a une très grande cuisine commune, une terrasse et un grand salon. »

« I love the parking which makes it very easy to unload the luggage, the location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants are not that far. The staff are friendly and the lovely lady at the reception made us feel welcome and very kind. We will definitely come back for a stay again. »
