Résidences de vacances à Tankovo

« ❤️ »

« Positive points: - Big and clean rooms, good location, clean swimming pool Negative points: - the staff isn't very polite, I'd say not at all, they behave as if the hotel is theirs. Slow service, the barman didn't knew his job, i had to tell him how to make a proper Gin Tonic - even if the towels were changed daily, they were dirty and full of stains. Overall it was a good experience. »

« The all-inclusive buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. Nice gym and spa. Comfortable sun beds. Helpful staff. »

« The hotel is well-located and clean, although the carpet wasn't vacuumed in three nights. The staff weren't very friendly, but apparently that's common throughout Bulgaria, and their responses were curt. The breakfast provided was of average quality. The pool and spa area, including the hammam and sauna, are a real plus. It would be helpful to post a sign at reception and at the pool entrance stating that showering before entering the pool is MANDATORY. This is for hygiene and out of respect...

« The Hotel has an excellent location. The front desk staff is young but very helpful. I had one meal which was not very good. Breakfast is good. »
