Selected this property based on the star rating of 4.2. Google Maps directed us to the wrong location Had to back track several miles to finally find the hotel which is quite a distance from towne centre, Apparently motel recently changed management. They were helpful, but limited assistance available. Room - Positive- Clean sheets. Negative - broken and dirty lounge chair, subsequently replaced with similar (not broken)chair from lobby. Clock radio so filthy, would not touch. Property/rooms much in need of a refresh.

Hi PatriciaGoogle maps issue has been fixed I'm advised.Lounge chair was addressed straight away.Clock radio is gone.Some of our rooms are in process of reno. Some already done.

Country Music Festival.So all rooms booked most nites.Simone rang for early checkin was advised 2pm because all rooms have to be cleaned.She again rang around 1.15pm & was told sorry all rooms are still being cleaned .Some happy cients did not leave until after 10am she was advised.They arrived at 1.30 pm and wanted to park in front of her room until 2pm.Her room number was not advised.Advised her they could park near the pool (my reason , so cleaners didnt feel pressured) . This was ignored.Then on book in at 2pm told me ''I should charge people that don't leave before 10am.''Doing our best but....

Very happy with our stay. It was excellent value for money - large room, comfortable beds, super fast check-in and check-out. It is a little out of the way as far as access to the shopping centres, etc. but only by about 10 minutes and definitely not a reason to not choose this motel. The only slight negatives were that the linens were quite tired and could probably do with an refresh, but they still did the job and weren’t uncomfortably scratchy (just a frayed on the ends), and the walls weren’t soundproofed so we were able to hear our neighbours a little. I would definitely stay here again, as long as the price remains as competitive as it was. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The walls are cavity brick and usually quiet is the comment recieved. .Comments on towels is correct with very few but new ones have been ordered and are on the way. I'm glad the stay was wonderful.Mark & SharonManagers

We had a 2 bedroom suite and would highly recommend. This is one of the best places we have stayed in the past 9 nights. Quiet and clean. Only thing was we couldn’t work the Foxtel!

We stayed for a Tamworth sports carnival. It was easy access to the carnival. The owners were lovely and helpful. It was great to have a family room with two separate rooms and enough space for our family of 5 and each kid having their own bed! The grounds outside were lovely, to pull up a picnic rug in the shade where our extended group had a lovely afternoon. We will stay again
