Hotel close to beach and restaurants
La chambre est spacieuse mais nécessite d'un coup de neuf, robinet cassé, tête de lit pas très nette, moquette à remplacer, dommage car très bien situé. Ce n'est pas sale mais pas entretenu, auparavant cela devait être un splendide hôtel.

Hafa Adai! Thank you for your comment. About the air conditioner, we took immediate action. It is fixed, it's been running pretty good. As for the smell, we have installed UV lights in each room to eliminate the mold smell. We apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced during your stay. cons At first , I sent queries at reservation without any reply. Second at arrival , no elevator nor escalator to the check in counter was not working. Later escalator was sometimes working only downward and the hand belt on the left side wasn't moving ! The room was triple partial ocean view , yes it was but full garbage dump view which was not welcome. Amenities were fine , but no cleaning was not done for the first morning and asked at the counter. She said , it's asked if you need clean up at check in. None asked at our check in though. No CLEAN UP sign at the door , only DD , so you better/need to confirm at check in if not asked. Shower head was rubbish. Some guys smoking in rooms on check out morning and told the counter. Very noisy guest on a night till in the early morning. Not the hotel's fault. pros Japanese style a## cleaning toilet was great. Chinese one , but worked surprisingly fine. Tony Roma in the hotel (but room charge was not available) , Jamaican Grill , Beach'n Shrimp , a Cafe and ABC store are next door. Beach is several minute walk straight across the front road. Overall enjoyed the stay. Need to understand they got hit both by pandemic and very strong hurricane. They are still recovering and hope they will be fine again soon.

I wanted to give this hotel another chance since I stayed there over a year ago. I thought by this time, issues would have been addressed and taken cared of. I was wrong. The hotel is generally dirty with stench of mold and stains all over glass, wood, tiles and marble surfaces. The housekeeping is terrible. Long hairs can be frequently after the room is serviced. I can clean the mirror better! And dust on surfaces is a common occurrence. Maintenance people are doing construction starting at 9AM. Couldn’t sleep in with the noise. Escalator going up to the lobby doesn’t work. Only 1 of the 2 elevators work. Never again.

良いホテル
このホテルも含め、全てのグアムのホテルが円安、北米の物価高によりコロナ前の値段の倍以上になっていてどのホテルにするか迷いましたが、その中でも比較的安いこのホテルを選びました。リニューアルされているようで部屋は綺麗でした。タムニンの中心より外れているので静かで良いです。隣にABCマートもあり、24時間営業のKマートも徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。老朽化は目立ちますが値段の割には良いホテルだと思います。

The first night, there was a strong odor from, perhaps, the drainage. It smelled like from a sewer line or septic tank. The water heater was not working and was fixed after my third day of stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. One gentleman coordinated with the maintenance to check our rooms and remedy the issues.

This resort is a diamond in the rough. Needs a little improvement. Overall loved our room, except the 3 large roaches we had to kill, was very comfortable. Water was not hot. The only restaurant was Tony Romas. The hotel is pretty! Has lots of potential. No ice makers? Otherwise would stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for weeks at a time between 1999 and 2004 and off and on through 2016. It had several on-site restaurants, convenience store, bridal shop, karaoke bar, and USO. Now, it seems somewhat rundown, even with new tile flooring in the rooms and fancy toilets and shower fixtures. Some signage still mention long-closed on-site businesses, escalators do not work, only one elevator seemed to work, at least 3 vehicles covered with dust appear to be abandoned on the fourth floor of the parking garage, and a trash pile on the north side of the hotel infested with rats can be seen from guest rooms. Faster and more reliable internet would likely increase stays by military personnel and contractors

フロントは2階だがエスカレーターが動いていないので重いスーツケースをもって足で上がった。非常に危険だ。部屋には得体のしれない2センチほどの虫が頻繁に出て50匹ほど捕まえたと思う。しばらく営業していなかったらしく埃だらけで自分でベッドサイドのスタンドやその他もろもろ掃除をする羽目にあった。トイレの電気はキレるはあげたらきりはないが客を迎える準備が全くできていなかった。もう泊まることはないだろう。
