The highlight is the incredible waterfront outdoor area. Enjoy the private heated pool, peaceful canal views, two kayaks, boat lift, mini golf, grill, 75” outdoor TV, outdoor dining for six, and plenty of comfortable seating to relax with family and friends.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room with an 85” TV, a billiard table , a dedicated workspace, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the patio, laundry, and TVs in every bedroom.

Whether you’re spending the day on the water, grilling by the pool, playing billiards or mini golf, or simply relaxing with a drink overlooking the canal, this home gives you plenty of ways to enjoy your vacation without even leaving the property.

The Space

Everything is conveniently located on one level.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:

Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed, private bathroom, TV, and direct access to the patio.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bed, plus its own TV.

Kids’ Bedroom: Bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and Twin bed on top, plus an additional Twin bed and TV.

The A/C can be adjusted between 72°F and 89°F for your comfort. Please keep doors and windows closed while it’s running.

The kitchen features a large window overlooking the patio and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay, including cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday kitchen essentials. It connects naturally with the dining and living areas, creating an open and social space for everyone to gather.

For entertainment, enjoy the billiard table, 85” living-room TV, a dedicated desk for anyone who needs to work during their stay.

Outdoor Living

This is where vacation mode really kicks in.

The screened waterfront patio features a heated pool, 75” TV, grill, dining table for six and multiple lounge areas, so there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Just beyond the patio, enjoy the canal with two kayaks and a boat lift for guests bringing a compatible boat. There’s also a mini golf area for a little friendly competition

The pool water heater is set to 89°F. Please keep in mind that outdoor weather may affect the water temperature. Keep the pool blanket on when the pool is not in use to help retain heat and maintain the water temperature.

From morning coffee overlooking the water to evening swims and dinner by the pool, the outdoor space is made to be enjoyed all day.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the home’s designated living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, workspace, billiard area, screened pool and patio, and available waterfront amenities.
