HOUSEKEEPING: For extended stays, a mandatory cleaning service will be scheduled every 30 days. The fee for each cleaning will match the standard cleaning fee listed in this booking.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

TRASH COLLECTION:
Please place the trash bins at the edge of the driveway the night before collection.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
