This luxury home is the Florida Gulf Coast at its finest! This stunning home features four bedrooms (one of which is an office with a queen Murphy bed) and two bathrooms. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Apollo Beach, this family-friendly community features a multitude of entertainment, including beaches, boating, marinas, golf, recreation center, and restaurants!
Outside of the neighborhood, you'll discover that you're within close distance of amazing seaside restaurants and bars with live entertainment, local shops, lush parks, and fishing hotspots. There are plenty of attractions including the Manatee Viewing Center, and Apollo Beach Park and Recreation Center with a playground, splash pad, tennis courts, track, and skate park. Visit Apollo Beach Nature Preserve for beautiful sunsets and nature trails. Shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies are also conveniently located nearby.
Cruise to St.Petersburg or Tampa (only 11 miles away), or drive 15 minutes to a white sandy beach at Little Harbor. The world famous beaches of Siesta Key or St. Pete Beach are a 40-minute drive. Nearby Tampa offers an international airport, professional baseball, football, and hockey games, and Busch Gardens Theme Park. Enjoy cultural events at the art and history museums. Tampa and St. Petersburg also offer many fine dining options. Disney World and Sea World theme parks are a 63-mile destination.
Fun in the sun continues right at your stay. Watch from your private dock as dolphins and manatees play. Enjoy the sights as you kayak through the peaceful canals. Relax, relax, relax around the heated saltwater pool, the shaded lanai with seating and a fire table, or the outdoor hammock nestled between palm trees overlooking the water. Bring your boat to your own private dock, accommodating vessels up to 32 feet. Fish together from the fishing platform. There is also a custom outdoor kitchen with a beer and wine refrigerator for added convenience and enjoyment.
After a day spent in the sand and the surf, rinse off under the refreshing stream of water in the outdoor shower. Inside, you'll be pleased to find that the living room, dining area, and kitchen all blend together in perfect unison. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with its open floor plan, granite countertops, and extra large pantry. Dine in either the breakfast nook or full dining area. The adjacent living room offers a pleasant space to kick back, tune into the morning news, and visit with the people who mean the most to you. Large smart TVs with subscriptions to YouTube TV and NFL Ticket offer ample entertainment.
Steps away, you'll find the flex bedroom/office and the home's primary bedroom. This space will quickly become your own personal haven with its plush bedding, large TV, and glimmering en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Rest assured that each of your family members will be content with their sleeping quarters with comfortable Tuft and Needle custom mattresses.
Perks like a Pack 'N Play, a Total Gym machine and elliptical machine, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the home's magnificent perks. For added fun, there are four adult bikes, two kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach gear.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours start at 8 PM. No loud music or boisterous activities.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool has a solar heater and this heater runs while the pool pump is on which is set for 12 hours every day. The new pool heater will heat the pool to 90°, which is very enjoyable for winter swimming.
The pool is not equipped with an alarm.
There is no diving in pool.
The boat lift and docked vessel are not available for guest use.
The pool and dock are not gated.
This home is not suitable for unsupervised children.
Use kayaks at your own risk.
Use bicycles and gym equipment at your own risk.
No loud parties.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: The dock can be used by guests. There are four pilings installed on the north side of dock to tie to. A boat of 32 to 34 feet would be the maximum. Boat lift is not available for use.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
