We live on the property in a separate private apartment. The guest space is completely private and connects to our living area only through the laundry room. There are separate locks on both sides, so you have your own secure space and privacy throughout your stay.

We are a small family—my husband and I—and we have four Maltese dogs. We also have a small pigeon coop in our backyard, which may be visible from the guest patio.

We may be on the property during your stay, but there is no need to worry about noise or interruptions. The walls provide excellent privacy, and normal activity inside our apartment is not heard from the guest space.

We are available if you need anything or if an issue comes up during your stay, but we also fully respect our guests’ privacy and personal space. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at home while enjoying your stay. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree that the hosts live on the property in a separate private apartment and that the guest space shares access to the laundry area as described above. This arrangement is disclosed prior to booking so guests can make an informed decision before confirming their reservation.
