it was ok, staff was very nice but the Hotel itself was very old and outdated and smelled as such. It was very difficult and inconvenient to stay in, even though it was pet friendly, I was on the 10th floor, and it was very time consuming to get my dog outside, and since I could not leave him on occupied I was unable to utilize the breakfast every morning. The elevator was out of service in the middle of the day and there was tons of construction. The stairs in the hotel were carpeted and very dirty, it was also inconvenient because of the location, it is downtown, but there is no grass for pets. So I had to walk next to the parking lot behind the bus stop to let him use the little patch of grass there. I had a very big room, but there is no fridge or microwave. And since the hotel is located next to a bus stop where lots of homeless people reside it is very noisy at night.
My shower took extremely long to get hot water as well as the sink, and my shower did not drain almost at all when I arrived until the time I left, I did mention it to hotel staff and they offered to send maintenance, but I feel like that should’ve been addressed before I even stepped foot in the room
