Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy sunny afternoon in the pool with plenty of space or a cozy night by the fireplace in our living area. In the heart of the city with shopping mall and restaurants close by. Only 20 minutes away from downtown and about 30 minutes away from the beach. Come enjoy the cool breeze of the bay. Equipped with tankless water heater and a water purification system for the entire home.
The space
The house has three bedrooms including one master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and includes a desk for those days you need to get a little work in. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, this is a trundle bed which means the second bed is pulled out from the bottom. All bedrooms have Roku TV’s and fans for your comfort. There is also a two living room spaces one is equipped with an electric fireplace and TV, the other is more of a sitting are where guests can sit and sit together and socialize. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils, and all of the cooking tools you need to whip up something delicious. There’s a dining table with seating for four. The backyard comes complete with a screened in sitting area, barbecue, pool and a covered area, complete with seating, by the pool for those extra sunny days.
Other things to note
Rules
1. No smoking in the unit smoking will result in a $500 fine
2. Trash must be taken out to the garbage cans
3. The noise level must be appropriate and not disturb the neighbors.
4. No food inside of the pool.
5. If you are having a get together that has been previously approved by your host we ask that decorations be put up with tape to avoid damaging the walls and we strictly prohibit the use of confetti.
6. No pets allowed, if pets are brought to the property you will be fined $500
7. Pictures and videos are taken before each checkin to ensure cleanliness of property, we will not be issuing any refunds under the excuse of the property not being
cleaned as it is sanitized before each guest and proof has been documented.
8. Dishes must be cleared of all food before being placed in dishwasher.
9. If there is a problem with someone in the home resulting in blood, vomit, fecal matter, or urine being soiled/ cleaned up with the property’s towels/ linens/ furniture we must be informed and the contaminated items should be disposed of properly, if these items are left unattended in the home there will be a $500 fine as this is a biohazard and we are not responsible for coming in contact with these items.
