“I was in Tampa for a conference that was downtown. Instead of staying at the conference hotel, I got a rental car and stayed here. It was great! The house was very clean and had a nice backyard with a hot tub, which was nice to have some easy outdoor time before/after conference activities. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was great as I am a light sleeper. It also was walkable; in 15 minutes I was able to walk to the bayshore walkway along the water for some exercise one day.
