« This property was advertised as a hotel, but it’s not. There was nobody there at the property to welcome us, nor was there anyone to ask for anything like toilet rolls or extra pillows and there wasn’t a floor mat for stepping out of shower. As my husband is elderly he didn’t have a shower in case he slipped on the floor. Because there was nobody at the property on arrival we left part on our luggage in the car as it was difficult to carry up 2 flights of narrow stairs. To crown it all the room...

« Stayed the night due to a friends birthday event, instructions clear and precise, room was lovely with plenty of tea, coffee and various glasses. Would definitely recommend. »

« Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again. »

« Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast. »
