Our recent stay in Costa Rica was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our incredible host, Cris, and her amazing team.From the very beginning, Cris went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and stress-free. Traveling with a large group can often be challenging when it comes to planning and logistics, but Cris made everything feel effortless. She was extremely responsive, attentive, and proactive in helping us organize excursions, transportation, and activities. Whether it was coordinating tours, offering recommendations, or making last-minute adjustments, she handled it all with ease and professionalism. Her level of involvement truly allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience rather than worry about the details.Equally impressive was the on-site team—Kendy, Jessica, and Jorge—who made our stay feel like a true five-star retreat. Their hospitality and dedication did not go unnoticed. From preparing delicious meals to keeping the space spotless, washing towels, and ensuring everything was always in perfect order, they consistently went the extra mile.
