Sunrise Tamarindo 5 is a lovely 2 bedroom vacation condo. This Mediterranean-inspired condo property is situated beachside in the vibrant Tamarindo town center. The Sunrise Tamarindo Condos enjoy a large freeform pool with waterfall, tropical gardens, elevators, 24 hr security, and parking.

Enjoy a spacious 1400 sq ft two bedroom, two bathroom residence situated on the garden level.  The floor plan is perfect for families or couples, as both bedrooms have direct access to separate bathrooms. This lovely light-filled unit overlooks the pool and was recently renovated with new paint, linens, curtains and beds.

The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the dishes and utensils you'd need to enjoy a home made meal. The wonderful open living/dining area with comfortable furnishings lead to the large covered terrace with pool and garden views.

Soak up the relaxed ambience while enjoying all the best that Tamarindo has to offer. The sandy beach is steps from your door, as are our many charming shops, restaurants and bars. Exciting activities like surfing, paddle-boarding, diving, sport-fishing, golfing, zip-lining, estuary touring and turtle-watching are all convenient to Sunrise.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
