Modern villa with high ceilings inside Hacienda Pinilla, a 4,500-acre gated community surrounded by nature. Four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, sleep up to 8: ideal for four couples or a family. Bright open living area, fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with BBQ. A/C, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and a spacious shared pool. The beaches are a short drive away, near Playa Avellanas and Tamarindo.

Four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:

There is also a half bath, so five bathrooms in total.

The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace, perfect for gathering, dining, or simply relaxing. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, rice maker and coffee maker, and the terrace has a BBQ grill and outdoor dining.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer. The pool is shared, and spacious.

Ideal for families or groups. The beaches, trails, golf course and Beach Club of Hacienda Pinilla are nearby; golf and the Beach Club are booked separately.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

The house sleeps 8, and that number is firm.

The pool is shared; it is not private to the house.

Hacienda Pinilla security asks for QR codes to enter and to use the community amenities. Request them from us before you arrive, for every day of your stay.

Inside Hacienda Pinilla distances are short but not walkable, so plan on a car to reach the beaches and the Beach Club.

No parties or events: Hacienda Pinilla is a quiet residential community and its rules apply to everyone inside it.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the property in top condition, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless previously agreed
• No parties or events allowed
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the property
• Please take care of the home as if it were your own
• Any damage must be reported immediately
• Follow all Hacienda Pinilla community rules during your stay
