Brand new modern, family-friendly & meticulously curated 3-bedroom home with 2 separate casitas and its own private pool is the perfect private oasis for your next vacation. The rental includes the 2 casitas in your booking, one of which is set up as an office for remote workers wishing for a quiet separate space away from the group, offering 250 mgbps high speed internet. The home is fully enclosed to provide maximal privacy and security.
Just a 2-minute drive away from the infamous & pristine Tamarindo beach with its infamous and renown surfing, world-class sunsets, beachfront dining & estuary. Continue the drive another 1-2 minutes and you are in the middle of town with access to all of the great Tamarindo amenities, dining, shopping and experiences. You are also walking distance to multiple grocery stores from the property- Siempre Fresco (a local grocery store) and Auto Mercado (a US-style grocery store), as well as a well renown coffee shop (Tamarindo Coffee Roasters), a surfboard shop & a gym. Making this a perfect location for convenience & service as well as tranquility & privacy.
The home is a brand-new build in a new developmental area. It is the perfect mix of modern and bright with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and beachy & relaxing for some much-deserved tranquility!
The main door to the property has a keyless entry lock, so guests can arrive at their leisure and complete a self-check-in.
Once inside you’ll immediately notice the heart of the home, the open living space full of natural light that opens to the fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Refrigerator, gas range, coffee maker, microwave and everything needed to cook that perfect dinner. Everything needed to entertain is available as well. The living area is furnished with an oversized L-shaped couch and a 75” inch flat screen smart TV, perfect for hanging out with the entire group. The open living/kitchen area also allows for indoor/outdoor living! The kitchen is modern with a centre island that doubles as a breakfast bar, which allows for additional seating space. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow for ample light and access to the patio, which provides additional seating and dining space and of course the refreshing L-shaped swimming pool with lounger’s pool side.
Upon leaving the living/kitchen area, down a corridor, there will be the 3 bedrooms in the main home. At the end of the corridor is the main bedroom with the king bed and 65-inch large-screen Smart TV. It is an ensuite with its own bathroom, shower and walk-in closet. Private Air Conditioner in every room allows for individual settings at night perfect for a great night’s sleep. It also has a floor to ceiling sliding glass patio doors, allowing for easy access to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own 60-inch Smart TV, AC, dresser and closet. While the third bedroom in the main house has 2 twin beds, a built-in entertainment stand with ample storage capabilities, AC & a 43 inch Smart TV.
Beyond that, there are 2 studio casitas side-by-side. 1 casita is set up as a bedroom and is furnished with a queen bed, a custom-built closet space, an ensuite full bathroom & shower and a 43 inch Smart TV. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for easy access to the patio and pool area & plenty of natural light.
The other casita is set up as an office with a desk, comfortable office chair, pullout sofa & its own full bathroom and shower. This pullout sofa can allow for 1 additional person, should the group require another sleeping space. The space being set up as a dedicated office with high speed wifi is perfect for someone with the ability to work remotely and desires an extended stay in paradise as their work or company allows. Outside, the property truly comes alive with its tropical landscaping and outdoor living spaces. In the private and spacious backyard there is a sparkling saltwater pool, a covered wooden patio, an outdoor dining area with patio furniture and loungers & a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet before taking a dip in the pool. If you are lucky, during the day, a pack of green parakeets sing in the branches of the trees above and hummingbirds frequent the wall of hibiscus up and down the fence line. Enjoy dinner outside on the patio dining area with the ambiance of the Led-Lit saltwater pool and the nature sounds of the Costa Rican night. Custom Costa Rica Mural painted on the Casita wall is perfect as a photo backdrop for social media photos or just additional ambiance when relaxing in the backyard space.
The home offers a full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room. The main house features three spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, while a private guest house (fondly referred to as a `casita` in Costa Rica) includes a fourth bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette.
An online house manual with the home’s frequently asked questions, entertainment options, popular restaurants and amenities and local favorites is sent when booking is confirmed, as well as in a binder in the home for easy reference.
For added convenience, a new water filtration system to prevent any further water issues caused by excessive sedimentation noted by guests that first stayed in this property has been installed.

This complex is in a new developmental area, off the main road, as you drive into Tamarindo. It is 1.7km away from the infamous Tamarindo beach. There are some limited selection for food and shops, however guests are able to do their groceries nearby within walking distance.
This area is 1.7km away from Tamarindo beach and about 2.2km away from the centre of town. A car, golf cart, or some sort of transportation means would be useful. There are however some limited food, shopping options around, in addition to a grocery store (Siempre Fresco) that is within walking distance.
Additional security is provided by a private, patrolled service that conducts regular motorized patrols throughout the neighborhood, during evening hours. This offers an added layer of monitoring and peace of mind for participating homes.
*With the booking, you will have access to the entire house, private pool, the casitas and the private backyard. *Long term rentals are available for this property. Work remotely from the dedicated home office (with 250 mgbps) perfect for the remote working/digit nomads that require to be separated from the home for the ability to focus on work. *We can help accommodate eco-adventure activities, shuttles to & from the airport, taxi`s, golf cart rentals, private chefs, food delivery services and much much more. The possibilities are endless. *No pets allowed. *Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Please send an inquiry for more information.** - Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm. - No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic. - Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm. - Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate. - Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items. - In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.

Amazing property in Tamarindo!
Beautiful home in a great location. Very close to the beach and downtown Tamarindo but far enough away to feel secluded. The patio and private pool was one of our favorite features with surround sound that played outside and created the exact vibe I traveled to Tamarindo to experience. The bedrooms have some of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on in a vacation rental. The casita also has a private office with wifi that was helpful for a few conference calls I had to make while there. The host was super responsive and friendly if we needed help or had questions about the property and things to do around town. I’ll absolutely reserve this home again on my next trip to Tamarindo.
