« It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use. »

1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in

1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll.
2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception
3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) »

« The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall.
Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish.
The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful. »
