« Staff are friendly and responsive to guests requests. The included breakfast at Bramble is excellent. A daily personal note with snacks delivered by staff was a nice touch during our entire stay. Room is big with king size bed. Housekeeping cleans room daily. The air conditioning is excellent. Hotel at Poblacion location is perfect and easy walk to Bangkerohan, People's Park, Gaisano Mall, Museum, San Pedro Church, City Hall, Quezon Park, Rizal Park, etc. Provides umbrella for guests use. « Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. I'm not sure why ownership doesnt get it. Yes, the locals who have the money to stay there are more than willing to tolerate feeling like they should be treated poorly, but anyone else will feel it right...

« The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok. »

« C’est un endroit paradisiaque. J’étais logé sur les chambres sur pilotis avec vue directement sur l’océan. Deux piscines accessibles . Le service du personnel est impeccable. Nous avons accès à une seconde île avec navette au heures gratuites.dispendieux mais ça vaut la peine comme emplacement et pour le service de son personnel. »
