« This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff a nice gym, excellent swimming pool, and good restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The concierge in front desk are excellent probably one of the best places in Davao city. »

« The only area that needs improvement is more wait staff for the dining areas. It can be a bit of a wait to get your service without tracking someone down. May have to do with lack of direct tipping that I am used to in the US where performance and customer satisfaction have a monetary reward. Also ala carte doesn't seem to be the norm in the main restaurant, so be sure to request it on the way in. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel and a pleasant stay. »
