Mountain Bliss in Tahoe City - Hot Tub - Large Home - Luxury

Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to Mountain Bliss in Tahoe City, also known as Cinco Vista. This luxurious lake view home, constructed in 2021-2022, features contemporary luxury living in the picturesque setting of Lake Tahoe. Boasting panoramic lake views and an array of upscale amenities, this home is meticulously designed to cater to the refined tastes and high expectations of its guests.

The upper level includes gourmet wrap-around kitchen with commercial appliances and oversized island with seating for 2. Open to the kitchen is the dining room with a seating for up to 10 table guests. Also on the upper level is the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, a rock fireplace, and an 80" widescreen TV. Step right outside from the living area to the main deck with a propane barbecue and outdoor shaded dining for 12 people.

The middle level holds the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, dual vanity, and a walk-in shower. There is an additional king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a hall bathroom with a tub.

The lower level has a king bedroom, a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and one twin, and a bonus family room with a sitting area and TV. Also you will find a full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the new hot tub located on the back patio.

The house comes fully equipped with amenities including free high-speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen essentials, TV with smart TV apps, two washer & dryers, and barbecue. To add to the luxurious aspect of this home, each of the five bedrooms offer stunning lake views. The property is centrally located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City and is in very close proximity to the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, 2 miles from Tahoe City via a bike path, and 3 miles to Waterman's Landing, a dog-friendly beach. Please note that the property has several stairs leading from the garage to the home and between different levels, making it less suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Parking:
Parking is available for 6 cars total. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance

​​​​​​​Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 12 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

I would suggest that you add in the explanation of the house that there are many steps (37 to be exact) from the driveway to 1st floor. The home is 3 stories. Other than that the house was wonderful and accommodating. One thing- the TV, fireplace and lights on that side of the livingroom were not working. We found the electrical panel and had the reset. After doing the reset everything worked.

8 of us spent the weekend here and it was phenomenal. Home was in excellent shape - looks brand new, incredibly nice, well stocked and in a beautiful location. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Checkout procedure was easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our group has nothing but good things to say about our stay. It checked all of the boxes and accommodated everything we needed, great big kitchen, large deck with fantastic views, great neighborhood, bedroom for everyone, and large dinning room/living room. There are lots of stairs but that was well communicated prior to booking. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spectacular view of Lake Tahoe from the entire living area, as well as the master suite and lower bedroom. Waking up to that view each morning was nothing short of magical.Our kids were thrilled with the playroom area just outside the bunk room on the lower level. It kept them entertained for hours while the adults enjoyed some much-needed relaxation. We stayed with out-of-town family, and everyone, including the adults, found the home spacious and beautifully upgraded. The house had all the appliances and kitchen essentials we needed to cook at home, which was a big plus.The location was fantastic, just a short drive to Tahoe City where we had easy access to Safeway, CVS, and a variety of great restaurants. It was also only 15 minutes from Palisades and Alpine, and close to the beach.One of the highlights was the garage access, which was a lifesaver during the cold and snowy weather. The garage even had a 220 plug, so we were able to charge our electric vehicle with ease.One thing to note is that there are many stairs from the garage to the living area, as well as within the home. So, if you have trouble with stairs, keep this in mind.Overall, our stay was amazing, and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
