« My family had an amazing time at this property. We were close to Northstar for an amazing day of skiing, great yard for the kids to play in the snow and close to Kings Beach for dinners. »

« Cozy home. Needs a bit of updating. For example the cookware was in bad shape. No lighters or matches to get the wood burning fireplace going. The promoted games in game room, some were broken. Other wise a good place to stay with family. »

« This place was cold because the thermostats don’t truly work so much but my room had a heater and that was fine. The place is big for multiple parties and the pool table is so tiny. It’s great for skiing because it’s so close to northstar. Liked the place a lot. »

« The house was so adorable and it was spotless. I have stayed in some sketchy places at Tahoe but Stephanie and Duane have gone out of their way to make this little gem so comfortable and it met every need. It was quiet and comfortable. I also loved that they let my dog stay. »

The only roll of paper towels was almost gone and there weren't extra trash bags. « One of the best Vacation Rentals we have stayed at. Convenient location, homey and comfortable with modern amenities. Kids loved the games on the Infinity Table, good for the young and the young at heart! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We will be back! »

« My parents, dog and I had a great time at your cabin. It’s a very beautiful place to stay, lots of birds, squirells, chipmunks that my dog had fun barking at and chasing daily. The beds are pretty good and comfortable. The area itself is peaceful and the row of trees by the road just made it perfect for a morning walk. it’s a short distance to the lake and restaurants. The only caveat is that my dog met the mice on our first night. It didn’t bother or show itself again. Overall, it was good! »

« Very easy place to stay. Very little stress. Had most of what we needed to enjoy a few days of skiing. Excellent location. Kitchen could use some updating (old pots and pans), but not a dealbreaker. Just don’t plan on making any intricate meals as you’ll likely not have everything you need. One major bummer: the hot tub didn’t work. It got warm but not truly hot. This bummed us out. If we could be assured the hot tub is working (as in it gets hot!), we would absolutely stay here again. »

« Our stay at this home was like staying in a B&B - the coffee, tea, scones, berries, yogurt was waiting for our arrival. Ginger was there via text and in-person for every question. The house was gorgeous and the view was stunning. We will be back again and again. Thank you so much Ginger for everything! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It's incredibly clean and comfortable with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It's perfectly maintained and well appointed. The grocery store is steps away and only a 5 min drive to DiamondPeak ski resort. Even though it's close to everything the location is beautiful and quiet. Helen, the host, is so friendly and communicative. We'll definitely be staying again and would highly recommend. »

« Overall a great stay. Plenty of room for all of our friends to enjoy the scenery. Got the best weekend some snow and then sunshine. The add says pet free but it appeared that animals had been there. »

This is the only Tahoe rental that we will never rent again. 1) Interior is very old - lights don't work, blinds are broken, master bath tiles are coming off, towel hanger is coming off the wall, several wires exposed (not sure any of them is hot!). 2) Kitchen - plates/cups are chipped, cookwares are very limited. « Property was clean and was accurately listed. Our arrival was delayed due to flights. We got to the property at 1:00 AM and the door code did not work. Grateful that there was a 24-hour service line. They got us into the property in about 5 minutes. Location was convenient and plenty of parking. »

« This house is perfect for families. We brought our families here for a stay together and the location was stunning. The views were incredible and we would love to visit squaw again. We thought the communication with the rental company was great. We asked for an early check in day before and they were more than happy to accommodate.
