Comfortable well kept motel in the countryside. Breakfast was enjoyable- oatmeal with more than a dozen toppings along with scones and jam. Some fresh fruit would have made it complete. Thanks for a great stay!

The owners thought of every possible thing. The room was clean, quiet, warm and cozy. This was my second stay at the property and I’ll definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay and appreciate the extra touches here like the robes and slippers. Breakfast is a small basket of yogurt, box of juice, and a couple of small baked items. I’m not sure that qualifies as “breakfast is included”. Good location when visiting the university.

Breakfast may NOT be Included.
I appreciated the robe and slippers in addition to the homey feeling of the room. It was clean and supplied with essentials. I would suggest the small rugs around the bed be removed since it is an "Accessible" room and rugs are risks for people with compromised mobility. I had called to notify Front desk that my checkin would be around 9pm. I asked about the breakfast service hours and was told the kitchen was closed due to the Season and a "breakfast basket" would be placed in my room's fridge. The basket contained a few lunch box items and 2 tastey home baked goods. I wasn't able to cancel my booking and felt cheated out of receiving the breakfast that was advertised. On top of that, the added expense, inconvenience and travel to find a nearby breakfast place.

Thank you for your review. Whenever we are advised that we have a guest with "compromised mobility" we make such adjustments to the room. Our breakfast basked has been very well received by most of our guests. We do however, appreciate your comments and will use them as we review our breakfast option.

A hidden gem
This is a hidden gem. A few minutes from downtown, in a neighborhood, its a quiet hotel. The service was great...room was ready with our key waiting when we got there rooms are clean with lots of thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, and breakfast included...a breakfast basket was delivered. The room had a kitchen but needed more cooking items and paper towels. Honestly, the bed needs a new mattress, we rolled towards the middle. The laundry area was clean, change was at the front counter, and there was ice available Overall, this was a great find.

This was the best ive ever been in. Clean and so pleasant. Big bathroom with robes and slippers. And the best of all. Chocolate on the bed. Loved it. Beautiful breakfast. Would recommend highly.

Our suite was a pleasant surprise at how nice it was. Outside, the Inn looks like any other place. The room was spacious and inviting. Lots of extras...bathrobes, slippers, umbrella...even a fly swatter. There was a small kitchen to use. The bathroom was huge and instant hot water. Very clean and tidy, friendly helpful owners. Breakfast is included

This family owned and operated small motel was great in every respect. The parking was next to our unit, the owner friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable, fellow guests were very compatible, breakfast included was very enjoyable. A great place to stay if on the road and needing a place to spend the night. Has coin operated laundry which was very convenient.

THE BEST!
Exquisite clean hotel with luxurious touches, that feels so homey and welcoming. Freshly cleaned robes hanging on the door, rocking chair, fireplace, and real plant all add to its charm. Breakfast was delightful! Family owned and operated.

The Perfect Spot
This was the most quaint spot. I wasn't there long, but it was the perfect room to come home to after a long day of work. The little touches were noticed and the coziness was appreciated.

Thank you Kathryn for your review. I apologize that you were disappointed that there was no one to greet you when you arrived. We offer an express check-in for the convenience of our guests so they don't have to stand in line and wait to be processed. They just come in and pick up their key package and they go on their way. It is because our guests appreciate this time saving when they come in that we have kept this up. We hope to see you again and hope you had an enjoyable rest of your vacation

Loved the little extra touches and Starburst ⭐️ detailing and stenciling of positivity. Missed breakfast and they kindly gave us blueberry scones and drinks to go. Best scones Ever. Great way to display wifi password. Bathroom was surprisingly large and very nice. Great place to relax while travelling.

Your every need away from home was anticipated and provided for. The rooms were equipped with all the comforts, and then some. Great attention to detail. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and nicely decorated.

Loved this place from the moment we got there!! You walk into the office and it smells delicious! The room is so cute and quaint and the owners thought of everything right down to the hanging real plant in the room! Definitely worth the stay!!
