Unité de 3 chambres sur la propriété en bord de mer avec coin patio désigné en bord de mer, grill électrique, table de pique-nique, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, cùble numérique, WIFI, à distance de marche de tous les divertissements, duplex (cÎte à cÎte chaque unité a 3 chambres), à quelques pas de la plage, unité du propriétaire à cÎté pour toutes les demandes ou problÚmes. Ces unités sont spacieuses et meublées avec tous les besoins de votre maison, sauf que vous devrez apporter vos propres serviettes, draps, couvertures, oreillers et produits en papier. La propriété en bord de mer a ce duplex avec la maison d'été du propriétaire, la maison du propriétaire se trouve en face du duplex mais le duplex a une vue sur le lac. Ambiance familiale et conviviale.

Sylvan beach rental

Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly.

Sylvan Beach 2024

Sylvan Beach is little known gem in central N Y. We live about 1 1/2 hour away
yet this was our first overnight! Although I was expecting to see the lake from my rental, our rental was behind the owners house. This property was on Oneida Lake and was. very convenient to the village activities. Walking distance to everything. We drove to area antique shops and casino. We ate locally and the food was very good. This rental had 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and ceiling fans. Although we were on a very busy street, the noise was minimal. I would def recommend this property.

Great Weekend Getaway.

Traveled to Sylvan Beach for a birthday. We enjoyed our stay at this place. Very clean and close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating for our group with the couches and large table. Loved that we had a place on the patio, a picnic table close to the door and a grill. Thank you for sharing your place. Can’t wait to plan another stay.

Great family weekend

Lets start out by saying we all had a great time! We were a little dissapointed that the beach wasnt right outside the door as portrayed. It was only a couple hundred feet down a sidewalk between 2 houses. You are able to see the beach but the main view is of the yellow house infront of the rental. The owners were amazing and super easy to get in contact with. The price was great Everything was tidy and was very roomy. My only thing I would change about the home itself would be the staircase. Its steep and the steps are smaller than avg steps and a child could fall through the railing. We had a great time and would definately recommend this to others and love to come back again when the weather is a bit warmer.

Amazing!!

This house was so nice and clean. It was decorated nicely. The main level is nice and open. All rooms are a great size and the beds where so comfortable. It is in the perfect location with a beach a few steps away. It is with in walking distance to a few restaurants. It has a convenient park right across the street to walk your dog. Everything was perfect and I will definitely rent this house again when in the area.

Perfect Stay

We rented out unit #1 for four nights. The duplex is well managed and very clean and roomy. The steps to get to the bathroom and bedrooms are pretty steep but my older parents managed okay. The beach area is a quick one minute walk down a small path and is very nice. You also have access to your own table and chairs on the concrete patio area. Getting around is a breeze as everything you need is walking distance, including a Dollar General, several restaurants and the amusement park. We all had a wonderful time and would rent again.

Nice place to relax. Not right that pets aren't aloud on the beach front by table so the pets had to stay locked in the house. Over all clean except for silverware, strainer,oven, coffee maker.

Great location

Weather wasn’t too good so we couldn’t stay on the beach much because the wind was blowing sand but we made do! Lots of things to keep you busy there. Cozy home to enjoy with your friends and family.
