Cozy apartment just steps to the beach, restaurants, casino and bars. Enjoy the beautiful covered porch overlooking the heart of village Sylvan Beach and overlooks the Oneida lake. This apartment is located in the iconic Pancake House restaurant building which is over hundred years old! Perfect spot to to walk to all the key hot spots in the resort town and not move your car! Only 500 steps to sandy beach . Nearby boat, bike and kayak rentals can enhance your stay!

Great Mini beach vacation

My other half and I took our daughter and her best friend on a beach mini vacation before they went back to college. Apartment was in a great location close to the amusement park, casino and the beach. Loved our stay.

Great place!!

This was by far one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at! It’s such a cute apartment. I especially loved hanging out on the porch in the evening. My girls loved being right next to the ice cream place! Also it’s Super close to the beach! The owner was super friendly. We look forward to staying again!!

Such a great little place!

This apartment is perfect for a small family or group of friends. So cute, with all the amenities. And, the balcony! Tons of space and seating, with a perfect view of the hustle and bustle of the beach town. Centrally located to everything- the beach, the casino, the amusement park and all the restaurants!

Fun Beach Weekend

The place is small and cozy, very clean. Lynn was easy to get ahold of. It’s a great location in the center of town and fun to have breakfast downstairs with our kids still in their pj’s!! The porch is lovely, We had a great family weekend!

Cost

Beds very small and seemed overpriced for the unit. Air conditioning in bedrooms only and fans to circulate into rest of unit. At least we had that in this awful heat. We met owner and was very pleasant.
