very nice spacious and well equipped apartment. view of the bridge. the leisure area on the 23rd floor is good for the swimming pool and spa. On the other hand, the gym is much less equipped than hotels in this category.

Personnel réception efficace et sympathique. Petit déjeuner très moyen, personnel du restaurant très très sympa mais absolument pas efficace dès qu’il y a un peu de monde. Chambre ok mais un peu vieille, cela ressemble plus à un 4* qu’à un 5*.

Emplacement de rêve et service très attentionné
Arrivés à l’aube après un long, long voyage, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. L’appartement réservé offrait une très belle vue sur l’opéra de Sydney et le Harbour Bridge. On ne pouvait rêver mieux. Espace, bon aménagement, très bonne literie, piscine et proximité de Citcular Quay. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

I arrived at 09:00 and a room was ready, good ! But my room was on a lower floor 9th floor facing a highway. The windows are single glass . So my room was very noisy. If you stay at that hotel make sure that you have a room in the top floors 18-22. This hotel has a strange policy regarding room cleaning. They came to clean the room in late afternoon 15:30 when I was taking a nap. So I had 2 days without room cleaning !!!

Super, personnel parlant français, vue exceptionnelle sur l opéra... Seul bémol dommage que le lavabo d une des salles de bain était trés abimé. Sinon nous recommandons, car la chambre est immense, la vue extraordinaire si on prend celle de la baie, les piscines y en a 2 et 2 spas intérieurs sont trés agréables et pareil très belle vue. Le personnel est trés gentil.

Agréable par l'accueil et professionnalisme du personnel. L'appartement tes très bien équipé pour une famille. Cependant,il est petit car nos enfants sont grands. Les nuits ont été compliquées. L'hôtel est clairement très bien placé, à deux pas de Circular Quay et au bord du quartier The Rocks. On a réservé un appartement de deux chambres, très confortable et spacieuse. Nous étions 5, on aurait pu loger à 7....La vue sur la baie est plus que splendide : elle est hors du commun, de nuit ou de jour. Optez pour une chambre "Harbour View" sinon vous passerez à côté de quelque chose. Le personnel est adorable, et le petit déjeuner sympathique. La piscine chauffée au 23eme étage est la cerise sur le gâteau. En point négatif, je noterai une deco un peu désuète parfois, on sent que l'hôtel à un peu vieilli. Mais les prestations correspondent au prix demandé.

Vue exceptionnelle et situation parfaite. Très bon hotel si ce n'est une chaussette sous le lit. La piscine est magnifique et l'appartement au 21 eme étage ideal pour les familles.

Hotel bien situé pour qui veut profiter des activités maritimes. C'est un hôtel que je reprendrai car il répond parfaitement à mes critères de choix comme les autres hôtels de la chaîne. J'avais loué un appartement une chambre et j'ai été très satisfaite de la propreté, de l'espace , de l'équipement , de la salle de bain avec une baignoire et une douche à part. Je le recommande.

There are a few misleading descriptions about this place on the website which costed my stay dearly! Firstly and most importantly, although it has parking, IT IS ONLY FOR VALET!! Meaning, you couldn't go and park in their car park if you rented a car, where it mentions a car park is available. Parking is $75.00/day. Parking at the closeby Wilson parking was $70.00/day. Secondly, the breakfast isn't a buffet. The only items which are available for buffet are cereals and drinks, and 1 choice of breakfast which is offered from the menu. While doing the booking however, it was mentioned "Buffet Breakfast" on the Expedia site. View from the room was exceptional nonetheless.

Overall the hotel was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was showing its age, carpet in the room could use updating, a bit of paint bubbling along the baseboards, etc. The guest wifi SUCKED, and in this day and age there is no reason for that, they need to invest money to improve it. We probably wouldn’t stay there again because of how poorly wifi performed. Nothing more frustrating than trying to connect over and over again or getting kicked off when you’re trying to look at a restaurant menu, it’s 2024 or goodness sakes… would have given it 4 stars had it not been for the wifi issues.

Our stay at The Sebel Quay was wonderful with the exception of a few cleanliness issues in our room. It is a 5 star property and the room had been renovated but other areas such as the pool area have not been updated yet and although enjoyable and fun, the pool does need time upkeep. The staff was super friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The servers for breakfast were exceptional and the food was amazing. Such great service and value there. The location was close to Circular Quay/Opera House/Harbour Bridge and very close to light rail transit. The area was safe and there were plenty of walkable dining options. We would stay again.

Stayed 3 nights at the property and experience most of the amenities that the hotel offered. One issue which resulted in a negative stay. Room was large for a family of 3 with a young child. Space to run around or relax. The living room and kitchen were very dated, but were still very clean. Kitchenette had all small wears required to cook basic meals. Pool was lovely and well maintained. Great view and a nice size. Our biggest and most frustrating challenge came from the WiFi. It continuously cut-out throughout our stay. Regardless of multiple calls to the front desk, communicating in person, and multiple conversations with the hotel's internet provider, our issue was never resolved. If you don't require internet for your trip, then this hotel is great. If you are like our family who were travelling internationally with a 3 year old, that requires internet to check into their flights, arrange transportation with a company for child seat, download movies for our flights, or general screen time, then don't stay at this property. There was absolutely no reason why this was not resolved. Best part, I had to make a local phone call to book my child seat taxi as I could not book it online. Was ultimately charged for the local call when I checked out. Although the charge was inexpensive, the fact that I had to pay was atrocious, even after one of the assistant managers knew I made the call. This is poor and inexcusable customer service.

The valet parking was a great feature! The view was absolutely amazing of the Sydney Harbor and Opera House, the location was great and my daughter really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi on the 23rd floor. Which had an amazing view as well.

Spacious suite, we had the city view but it was still great and had all necessary amenities. The interior is little dated but overall good bed, kitchen, shower, etc. The staff were helpful, and the neighborhood is excellent. The onsite restaurant is actually on the second floor (had good breakfast but no alcohol during) and there is a pool area/balcony with a view of the harbor which was very nice for photos

Everything was great except the Wi-Fi was unreliable and had to reset often. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The view was incredible!

Had a nice few days in the Sebel Quay west suites Sydney. All very clean comfortable and spacious with good communication and assistance Only dislike was the king bed being two beds put together, you have a join in the middle which spoils some comfort, the bed its self was very clean and overall very comfortable, Thankyou for a nice stay.
