L’accueil de tous les gens, du concierge Peter et de tous les autres employés, le petit déjeuner buffet extraordinaire, le site de l’hôtel: très facile pour se retrouver et parfait pour se rendre à pied à plusieurs endroits. C’est un hôtel de luxe charmant, c’était un ancien bureau de poste, c’est magnifique.

Awake all night due to incredibly loud noises (music and people on speakers). Felt like room/windows had no sound insulation. In old part of hotel at George St end.

Overall a very nice and convenient hotel. Bathroooms are very nice however bedroom seems quite dated when compared to price. Dining options could definitely be updated. Staff are very warm and genuine.

Lovely Hotel, excellent location central to the city and major attractions. Staff are not well trained and I struggled with basic information. I was also charged for items I shouldn’t have been and spent 3 weeks chasing up the return of my money. Breakfast buffet is ok but nothing special compared to the other big hotels

Interesting architectural mix of classic and modern. The historic post office building has been skilfully integrated into the hotel, the actual rooms are in the skyscraper behind it. Centrally located on the main shopping street and close to the harbour which makes it very convinient.

Stayed there for 4 Nights . All front desk and concierge staff did an excellent job for the first 3 days . Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . The encounter with her ruined my impression of excellence of staff and service of Fullerton hotel .

The Fullerton is a well-priced hotel right in the heart of Sydney. It offers a nice atmosphere, fantastic staff and especially a fabulous location. Whilst the lobby and bar are modern and welcoming the rooms would benefit from a makeover as the decor is dated. Having said that we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

The location is fantastic. So close to everything in the city. The rooms great. Tram is 2 minutes walk. Staff are super helpful. Parking is expensive I will happily stay again.

Great for a short staycation or long stay. In the heart of CBD with plenty of dining option to choose from, all within walking distance. Also near public transport. Good size room, very friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable, very enjoyable!

Ultimate luxury! Very clean! The bed was too hard for me ( those dense foam beds), when I told the front desk, they said they would put an extra mattress protector on the bed.

The Simmons mattresses are firm with a micro pocketed inbuilt coil spring to ensure consistency and no sag, the beds also feature a built in down pillow top. And for those that love a super soft bed we can fit denser down mattress toppers. Your graciousness is truly appreciated. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
