One bedroom with terrasse: fantastic!
One room with balcony can be noisy because of the ventilation on roof of the adjacent shoping center. Was upgraded to a one bedroom terrasse and this room was fantastic (if you can afford the price). Very good wifi, excellent free coffee and muffins every morning, access to nearby fitness club. Close to train station and many restaurants (mainly asian). Cleaning is like everywhere I've been in Australia: poor...

We were really disappointed that we didn't even have 1 chair in the room really uncomfortable sitting on the bed to have a coffee. Location was great 👍

部屋は綺麗ですし天井も高く広かったです。コンドミニアムでしたが、設備も良く部屋にはネスプレッソマシーンも設備してありました。残念だったのはシャワーの水量が少ない上に、水回りの設備と言うか設計自体がとても使いづらい環境でした。シャワーヘッドの位置は高すぎるし真ん中からは水が出ない。しかもシャワーのドアがないお洒落なタイプなのですが、シャワーの水がほぼ洗面所へ流れ出し洗面所は水びたしなのでトイレに入る事も出来ない。加えて洗面台を使用するとそこからも水が漏れており、とにかくバスルームが水びたしになりました。シャワーを浴びる度に使用済みバスタオルで水を拭き取る作業をしなければならないのが残念でした。受付のスタッフの皆さんはとても笑顔で対応が素晴らしかったです

I stay at Silkari frequently for work and love it. It's easily accessible, clean, safe and comfortable. The staff are always fantastic and I love the complementary coffee in the mornings. This was my first time with a car, and the parking process was smooth and easy. My only issue is I wish the rooms had smart TV's to be able to watch things like Netflix while travelling, but otherwise, I can't fault Silkari!

My stay was fine and comfortable.But the air conditioning was too cold, so I wore long sleeves even though it was summer. The water volume in the showers seemed low. I think there is a difference between Japan and this area.

We stayed here because it’s close (5 min walk) to The Concourse Theatre where we’re watching a musical. It’s situated in the Chatswood CBD, plenty of dining options around the area and walking distance to Westfields, Chase and the train station. The rooms are spacious and with good facilities and amenities.

Boys from the bush revisit our old stomping ground
Our stay was great from check in to check out. We were given a beautiful room upgrade to a 2 ensuite bedroom suite which was beautifully presented. The ease of getting from the apartments to the concourse was great and the staff were all courteous and friendly. We will stay again next time.
