Our team pride themselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests however its apparent we fell short on this occasion. I am sorry to hear there was some confusion about taking food to your room, we unfortunately had room service closed during your stay - but the team was able to allow self collection. Our laundry machine unfortunately was broken by a guest, a replacement did not arrive during your stay i do apologize. I assure you all our sheets are cleaned, i do apologize there were some creases. We will need to investigate the noise issue, there is no construction going on nor 24hrs a day. We are deeply sorry for the hot water issues that occurred, our external contractor has rectified this Kind Regards,

Hi Daniel, We are so sorry to hear about the issues during your stay.Bookings for 3 adults in a king room would provide a rollaway to be included, although when a child is the 3rd person in a king room, this is not included. Our rates are extremely competitive, our parking is covered by extensive CCTV and we DO NOT charge for parking, I can not see any charge of 25 on your bill. Kind Regards,

Dear Maria, So sorry to hear you had some issues during your stay. The hotel has aged since 2016, over the last 7 years we have welcomed hundreds of thousands of guests. We continue to work tirelessly to continue our hotels standards and updated offerings. Our minibar is still available, via request. Our tour groups, from many different countries, all stay with out issues or troubles, not sure what you mean by 'suffering' from the issues they cause. Our beds are Rydges Dream beds, that are standard across our hotel. We will be sure to have our engineering and housekeeping team attend the room to ensure everything is in top not condition, i apologize again for the issuesKind Regards,
