Overall lovely and clean. Staff were really nice. Despite being on top floor it was quite noisy with road traffic and sirens.

This is a great hotel
This is a great hotel, both in terms of location, equipment and service attitude of the waiters. The parking service is friendly and trustworthy. If I really want to talk about the shortcomings, I think the price of late check-out is more stringent and more expensive than other hotels. I hope the late check-out policy can be changed for passengers with late flights.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. First room has strong smoky smell. Hotel offered another room for us. It’s quite noisy at night. I didn’t have much sleep. We only stay for one night. Will not come back again.

Very kind QUEST
I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The location is very good in the center of chatswood. The chatswood train station is a 5-minute walk away, so transportation is very convenient wherever you go to Sydney. The room is clean. And the staffs are very friendly. Especially Ms.FEDE and young employees (sorry I don't know the name of him) at the front desk are always kind and smart to meet customers' needs. It was very comfortable and enjoyable during my stay here. I will stay here again next time. Thanks.
