Transit

Car port onsite parking is available for guests travelling by car, street parking is also available should additional space be needed. This property is also in close proximity to the Leura Train Station. For ease of access, we recommend guests bring a vehicle to make the most of what Leura and the surrounding Blue Mountains region has to offer.

Other things to note

Accessibility: Please note there are stairs in the property. If you have any issues with the use of stairs we recommend reaching out to us prior to booking.

Pets: Pets are welcome at the home. However the garden is NOT fenced and at the back there is a steep drop off with a river below. To one side there is also no fence to the neighbours garden. This means pets can not be left off lead in the garden and should be kept indoors. Bringing pets is at the risk of owners.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
