Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per night, more expensive than downtown Disney 6) there’s nothing around…it’s a dead business city with not many restaurant options. 7) had to call 3 times for a dish towel…they brought me one on the 3rd that was dirty with a hole in it? they didn’t see that?? Would not go back again. Very disappointed.

Très bon séjour . Très bon accueil, chambres propres, personnel très souriant et compétent. Seul bémol, la rue est un peu bruyante.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Super friendly staff and we were lucky enough to have the room ready as soon as we arrived (around 11am). Great room nice view and balcony modern and clean!

The accomodation was wonderful, beautiful views and great facilities. The parking was an issue, with nothing available so had to pay $50 for other parking facility off site. Coffee machine not cleaned - full of mould so couldn’t use - a little disappointing.

I would not book again! Their excuse to everything was that they were really busy because of the Taylor Swift concert, however I checked-in before a concert had taken place! It would have been quicker to climb the stairs to the 48th floor than take the lifts. Our room keys had to be recoded every day, the room had no towels, no toilet paper, no dishwasher tablets, no tea towels and when I walked in dirty linen was piled on the table and there were six large bags of rubbish on the floor. Plus parking was impossible. If you can’t handle the big weekends then don’t allow yourself to become fully booked when big gigs are booked at Accor!

Staff were not very helpful on the process of check in on how to park your car and the process for that. Be ready to wait over half an hour to get an elevator. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper and rubbish everywhere to then have a cleaner just walk in to finish taking rubbish and leaving toilet paper. Which I checked in three hours after check in time.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Terrible costumer service, lady wasn’t fluent English. They double booked us then tried saying we booked the dates in August, but even if we did (which we did not) we were never contacted or the money was never taken out of my account. Play was very unhelpful and didn’t offer any solutions she tried to make a sale for over $1000^ a night. Do not book here

The Meriton on George St was still being built when I stayed so there were some construction works going on below me. However, they were kept to daytime hours. The amenities and cleanliness of the apartment was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay. The only negative thing was that there were mosquitos in my room as the balcony door had been left open prior to me arriving.

Staff where rude and unprofessional. Walking into my room without knocking demanding me to get up and leave. Meanwhile another staff member did the same thing 1 hour before the second incident and asked if I would like to extend for one more night, my response was yes. The lack of communication with eachother has resulted in the stuff being seen as lazy and unprofessional. The manager was more concerned about what he looked like then anything else and what was more alarming his ego was so far up his back side it was obvious to see. My suggestion is hiring people that want to work and that they can illiterate compassion and problem solving skills. Your stuff think they look cool because of there job title but in all honesty they need to have a good hard look in the mirror and Focus what's on the inside not on the outside.

i really liked the woolies that was located at the address, made getting little groceries really easy. the suite itself was very nice and modern, and parking was very easy, and close to elevators, which helped with luggage. the staff were great, even though the pool was still under renovations they still informed me that we were able to use the church street meriton and their pool amenities. overall it was a great stay and in a good location.

Even though our view was beautiful and staff have been super friendly, it didnt feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. This is the first time i stayed at a 5 star that doesn’t offer daily thorough cleaning of rooms. Items such as shampoos etc were not replenished as they should. Other items had to be requested and calling reception or room service was hopeless. If you’re lucky enough they’ll pick up but that doesn’t mean you’ll get the items you requested for asap. We got water only in the first day, no breakfast, no free parking. Definitely not worth the money. Will not be staying here again!

We don't believe this building is ready to be rented out as hotel accommodation...lots of building going on on top floors, car park is a nightmare and so many parking spots taken by building materials, so much building dust in car park So many things missing in the apartment... (No shower cap, no spare soap, no enough coffee, no tea spoons, no dust pan, no service every day, balcony doors locked and unable to open them for fresh air, no dish washing detergent, no ironing board, yes there was an iron, Smart TV unavailable to watch free to air tv... only way to watch tv is to login to your own wi-fi on your phone as TV in living room not connected to antena So extremely disappointed as we have stayed at Meritons apartment lots of time around Sydney... this was our first time at George Street Parramatta and never again.. One positive, supermarket on the ground floor was expensive BUT very convenient
